WDW on a budget!!!! Help?

My sister and I are looking to go to WDW but on a budget so basically I'd just like to know the best ways to get the cheapest holiday possible
that sounds very vague but I'll happily answer questions as they're asked xx

Going the first two weeks of Dec. is a good time. Crowds are low and room rates are great.

1. Fly off-peak as the PP said.
2. Fly indirect (usually worth the savings, depends on the price of direct - definitely worth it at peak times)
3. Be flexible on length of stay to get the flights cheaply (13 nights can often be significantly cheaper than 14 nights, for example)
4. Depending on whether you can get free dining when staying on Disney property, it's usually cheaper to stay offsite.
5. Ride the bus. £10 for a week long unlimited pass for all the buses.
6. If no Disney dining plan, eat offsite.
7. Decide whether you want to do Disney. There are 3 other parks in Orlando (Universal, Islands of Adventure and Sea World), plus 2 water parks (Wet n Wild and Aquatica). The tickets for these are cheaper than Disney.

Cheapest way is by doing a late deal.

If you want to plan further in advance then generally indirect flights are cheaper, stay offsite, eat offsite.

You are correct really, too vague. There are so many options doing a trip to Florida its easier if its narrowed down a bit.

Are you prepared to fly by the seat of your pants? Excellent flight prices leaving THIS Monday, direct with Virgin, £464 economy ticket returning in 14 days. I look up last minute flights to torment myself having paid over 1k per ticket in August!

If you're prepared to go off season and stay at one of the hotels on I Drive then there are some great deals around April/May. I've regularly seen £1,000 for two people for two weeks including charter flights, hotel and car hire - holiday pirates had some recently.
