I e-mailed them about an item I saw in Sept. It costs $10.00 and shipping will be $10.00 They also said that if it's not needed for Christmas they will give me alternate shipping info. Is it cheaper the rest of the year to ship? This item isn't necessarily for Christmas.

I had an art print shipped in October and it was 10.00 but the other day I asked about some replacement notepads and a magnet and they quoted 6.00.

shipping is VERY expensive. And they won't budge with the cost.
