I need the phone number for WDW Merchandise. We bought a wooden picture frame at one of the parks and had it delivered to VWL. We didn't inspect it when we received it like we should have. We finally got pictures printed this weekend and took the frame out of the box and it has several very bad nicks in it.

I have been trying to call the number on the receipt (407)824-7661 for 2 days and just get a busy tone. Anybody have another number to call? I just want to return this one and have them send a new one but I want to talk to someone first.
