WDW Main Street STATION ECV accessible?

Interested in knowing if I can possibly get a small 3-wheel ECV up to the deck (only) at Main Street Station for some pictures and video looking up Main Street?

Yes, there is a ramp.
It is a steep, switchback ramp. As you face the Railroad station, from Main Street, it is on the far right side (the same side as Guest Relations).
It is also the entrance to the train, so when you get to the top, let the CM know that you just want to go on the porch, not on the train.
