Ok, so now the story. So I got to the Casting Center(across from Downtown Disney) around 12:30. Walked into the buliding and walked up this big ramp to the reception. Waited in line to be called, then had to fill out paper work. The normal stuff (name, address, work history, hours you can work...) After you fill that out they call a group in to watch a 15-20 minute film about being a cast member. Then you sit and wait for a casting agent to call you in. From there you will have a personal interview. They ask questions like when can you work, do you have transportation to work, how much money you will make, and other personal things. Then you get fingerprinted and they get sent to the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) and the FBI. Then you get this nifty folder of papers from Disney. They are about Disney and being a cast member. Then your done! It took me about 2 1/2 hours total. It was fun, and there were tons of people applying for jobs. If you have any other questions about the application process let me know.
