WDW iphone applications

I think I'm the ONLY person who owns an IPhone and HATES it! I just want to text, talk and take pics. I can't wait till I can get rid of it!! Now, here's the truth, I've had it since Christmas and really haven't figured it out yet! :rolleyes1

Nope, I have one... hate it! I love what it does, but I hate the finger prints and the super touchy screen and everytime you tilt it slightly the screen flips all around like a gymnast. Oh and can't forgot the dropped calls! I miss my blackberry :sad2:

Have you tried one of the screen covers? It doesn't show the fingerprints and it helps with the super touchy buttons... Gives your fingers a little more traction, if you will... (Go ahead, Wally - I will let you have at that one!)

The screen flipping on me was a little annoying in the beginning but i learned to just roll with it... I love how it makes things easier to read and see...

I don't have a problem with dropped calls... I must be in a great coverage area...

I hope this helps. It is no fun being stuck with a phone you don't like... I know... I HATED my Motorola Razr!!! :goodvibes

One thing I like about the 3GS that's now out, is the screen is more resistant to smudges and fingerprints. Doesn't get near as dirty. But then again, most any phone out now that has touchscreen capabilities has this issue.

Anyhoodles. I heart my iphone.

I keep on waiting for applications to use on my HTC Magic... alas Android has none and my hubby has asked around to see if any applications are int he works that anybody knows of and there aren't as far as people know. If only I could code. :sad2:

Well - I got an Iphone on Ebay this week - not a MAC person - I am totally addicted. It's great to know there's a 40 minute wait for Splash Mountain... Now only if I were there instead of in Dallas.
On a side note - the phone had video of pitbulls and an edlerly man dancing to the black eyed peas and was preloaded with tehano music... ihot?

A little bit of insight on the previous owner I see.... ;)

I don't have a Iphone, but have heard about the Grindr application. When I was in Disney this weekend, I thought how interesting it would be if I did have an Iphone to see who was on...

I heart my iPhone!

And I CAN'T WAIT to use the WDW apps that I just dowloaded during my trip next year!

I was rather surprised with how limited the iphone apps were with planning a trip to Disneyworld. Right now I'm using Mouse Memo to save all my restaurant confirmation numbers, but a simple spreadsheet would do the same thing. It would be helpful if it also had park hours and special events listed. By far Evernote has been the most useful in planning our upcoming trip which IS NEXT WEEK!!!!!

Has anyone actually checked how accurate these "wait time" applications are? I work with a guy who has an IPhone. We pulled up the wait time for Everest around midnight the other night, and it was 60 minutes! Odd considering the park had been closed for over 6 hours! :confused3

He said his app is very unreliable....
