Just how crowded will it be in February? I am planning a girls only trip for 2/11 - 2/17 in 2004. This is right before the value season prices end. How bad will it be? Thanks!

Marie

President's Day weekend is rather on the busy side - we noticed that all the parks were crowded, but I think MK is probably the worst for crowds that weekend. AK was bad too, not super crowded, but combined with the heat, it felt like there were people everywhere! But the parks do stay open a bit later, which I think made it worthwhile. Go Fastpasses!

We went on approximately those dates last year. It wasn't too busy until we were met by the mad rush of people from New Orleans who were escaping Mardi Gras. It was horrible!!!! I was so sick of seeing beads that they brought along with them. MK was just a zoo. Otherwise, besides those days, you have to deal with the cheerleaders. They are not too bad except on the bus to Downtown Disney.

If you could go to WDW, at least a week earlier, the crowds should be smaller. We were at WDW Feb. 1-8 of this year and except for weekends, the attendance was very light. One morning at MGM, we only had 5 people besides us, riding in the elevator at TOT. The Muppet Show and WWTBAM were less than 1/3 full. One day TT was a walk on at EPCOT. Next year may be different, but this year, was not busy at all.
