Hi Everyone - I have started my own Weight Loss plan, just watching what I eat and exercise, for my trip in 6 weeks .. I am meeting up with some new people and really want to shape up .. wink wink you know what I mean!
For the past 2 days I have been eating a piece of fruit for a late breakfast (well 9ish) then having a half of sandwich or PB crackers with veggies around noon and then walking a little over 2 miles around out local HS track with my new CD before I eat dinner.. when I am hungry I drink 8oz of water first then if its not gone in 20 mins I eat a piece of toast with butter. I am hoping to lose maybe 10 lbs by my trip I will be happy honestly with any loss !!!
I am soo pumped !! just wanted to share cuz we all know if you say it out loud it is harder to ignore!! LOL Michelle

10 pounds in 6 weeks should be very obtainable. Depending on how dedicated and motivated you are, you could loose quite a bit more. I was watching Celebrity Fit Club the other day and they had a guy who lost 19 pounds in 2 weeks. Now, that isn't common but it can happen. Let's see if we can help you a long some.
