Can someone please explain this to me? Can I get it if I have an AP? Is there a difference beyween this and the Disney Dining Experience discount card?

The dining plan only is offered if you buy a package-tickets and room.

AP holders are not eligible for the dining plan.
I don't know enough about the DDE to say much but I am sure somebody will be along shortly
