WDW DAS Application B/4 Tickets in MDE

We have a room only reservation at Contemporary mid August. Due to the threat of hurricanes, it will remain that way until we feel like we aren’t going to have any issues (lol) ! Is it possible to go ahead with the DAS process before we convert our reservation to a package with tickets?

The person that needs DAS must have a ticket. If approved the DAS will be good for the length of ticket ie a 10 day ticket will expire 14 days from the first day of the ticket. AP's have finally been expanded to the full year.
