WDW car care center

Need to double check one more time:

We are renting at MCO and dropping three vehicles at the WDW car care center. We are staying at the Pop century and have a group of 13.
Do we all 13 take the cars to the car care center or do just the three drivers drop the cars?
What transportation is offered from the car care center?
Is there a shuttle that will take our large group back to the resort or a park or would it be easier if we only the three drivers needing transportation.

If I were doing it, I would just have the 3 drivers take the cars to the Car Care Center. In advance, I would call to make sure that the shuttle was available to take the 3 back to the Pop Century.

The others can do other things while the vehicles are being returned.

Can anyone tell me exactly where the CCC is...?? and which agencies are located there. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
