WDW bus guidelines with reopening

Yikes. This looks like about 1/4 or 1/3 capacity is likely. Will they run 3-4x the number of buses at park open and close times? Doubt it. I think we will see ridiculous wait times for a bus sometimes. This will cause people with cars to drive themselves to the parks!

Keep in mind though, Bill, that park capacities are also dramatically reduced. Those capacities may find an equilibrium with the bus capacities. We'll see.

But the DVC hotels are operating... so business as usual at OKW and SS. Perhaps easier at others if the hotel rooms are not operating (not entirely sure about this.) So the demand/capacity doesn't change for these hotels.

This is assumes that DVC hotels like OKW and SSR are operating at their average occupancy rate, which I believe is upwards of 90% in "normal times". At current, I believe hotel occupancy is reduced in addition to simply fewer people traveling, resulting in lower occupancy numbers as well.

I think its best to wait and see how it pans out. Disney will not want crowds of guests congregating while waiting for buses at park opening and closing, so they'd almost have to adjust the frequency as needed based on occupancy.

With fewer resorts open, no buses will be going to closed resorts. His service to/from open resorts can be increased as needed.

Depends on staffing. They have the extra buses, but they may not have called back all the drivers.
