Hi Everyone!

I am fairly new here to the DIS, but I thought this would be a great place to get some suggestions for my upcoming Bachelorette Party! I am a huge Disney fan, and have been to the parks many, many times, but I would love some suggestions for some creative and fun activities my girls and I can do while we are down there!

We will be heading down to WDW for the Bachelorette Party in Jan 2014, arriving late on a Thursday night and departing on Sunday evening. There are 7 of us, including myself, and we will be staying in a 2 bedroom villa at Saratoga Springs. Most of the girls have either never been to Disney or have not been since they were small, so almost everything will be new to them!

Any suggestions for fun/creative things the 7 of us can do together? Unfortunately, any place that requires you to be 21 and up are out as 2 of my bridesmaids are my cousins who are under 21. But anything else would be totally welcome and appreciated!

Thank you!

My bachelorette was at the Boardwalk and we went into the piano bar and Atlantic Dance also, so I don't know if that would work with the under-21's. But, one fun thing we did was a bachelorette scavenger hunt and you can do that in a park or even at Downtown Disney. Stuff like, get a business card (easier said than done considering everyone is on vacation); get a picture of you with someone who has a Disney tattoo; start a conga line to a Disney song (which you'll likely have to sing yourself); and stuff like, get a guy to let you put lipstick on him, and make a guy laugh without saying a word (just because it's a bachelorette and there should be some "naughty" stuff too ;)).

Just think of fun but sort of difficult things to find at Disney. It was hilarious and I still remember it as one of the most fun times I ever had with my girlfriends!!

How about afternoon tea at the Garden View Tea Room at the GF? I did that with the ladies who came for my wedding the day before the wedding. We all really enjoyed it!

When in January will you be there for your bachelorette party? I will also be having mine there in January, we are getting married on the Disney Dream on the 19 and will be there a few days before. My two friends are throwing it for me so I'm not sure what they have in store.

You could always go to dinner at one of the signature restaurants, there's Splittsville or DisneyQuest at DTD, mini-golf or even go see La Nouba. Just throwing out non-park options that are available that you didn't have to be 21. I know the lounge at the Poly has live music and you don't have to be 21! Just some ideas

I hope this helped
Jodi

Thank you so much everyone for all of your great suggestions!!! The scavenger hunt is SUCH a good idea, and I love Splitsville and Afternoon Tea!! I think my bridesmaids want to plan most of it for me to throw in some surprises but I need to give them a littttle guidance since they aren't as familiar with Disney :tinker:
