WDW Attendance per day

Does anyone know the WDW attendance per day, on average?

I've found per year, but not per day. Is it thousands? Hundred thousands? I'm talking in the parks and resorts -- basically on property.

I read an article in the Orlando Sentinel about Magic Express that said Disney does not post attendance. The only thing they did post was the number of people that used Magic Express and that was pretty staggering. I posted it to the Transportation Boards.

We were told MK was the highest each day but I don't remember the numbers. MGM, which was where we were when we spoke to someone about it was between 22,000 and 26,000. Now this was probably in 2002 or 2003 when travel was off a bit. We were surprised at the numbers because DH was comparing the numbers with the numbers at Dollywood and the numbers weren't much different.

When I was a CM I know that the parks usually closed due to capacity when they hit the following numbers:

Magic Kingdom 70,000
EPCOT 70,000
MGM 35,000

Animal Kingdom wasn't open yet when I worked there but I would guess their capacity is close to the same as MGM.

The only times the parks hit capacity though are during the holidays like the week after Christmas, sometimes Easter weekend and the 4th of July.

If you take the total for the year (I dunno what it is) and divide it by 365, you get the average daily attendance.

I've never been clever enough to come with anything to put there. Plus, I like to be on the TF's good side and not have all my tags be about my stupidity. At this time, 50% of my tags are about me being dumb.
