Holly, any plans for you and Tyler for the weekend? Have you decorated your pumpkins yet? I love the pictures of your spooked out yard.
Well, Saturday evening when he comes home we have to deliver lots of popcorn (I'm picking up a load tonight at scouts).

Then Sunday my mom and aunt are coming to visit. My mom retires in a couple weeks and is using her remaining vacation for her last couple weeks of work and heading to Miami to dogsit for her uncle and his partner while they travel to one of their vacation homes (this one in Brazil). I think we're going to the zoo when they visit. That's where my aunt always wants to go because they don't have a zoo in their city (Kalamazoo).

After they leave, Tyler wants to go sell more popcorn.

Good news! His dad says he'll take an order form to work! He wasn't going to because he says he hate asking people at work because "nobody likes to have to buy fundraiser stuff". BUT I think he might feel guilty because after I told him we've already sold over $500 worth of popcorn, he told me he should be able to get a couple hundred dollars more in sales at his work. ;)

And speaking of friends who travel frequently, I got an e-mail today from a friend who is booking the Med cruise and the Barcelona to Dover cruise and the first Baltic...a B2B2B...a month on the Magic.

Ahhhhhhhhhh.........

Do they want to adopt me????

I got on the scale this morning and found out that I lost 8 lbs. since returning from vacation a week ago. I lost the 4 lbs. that I gained on vaca plus another 4. YEAH!!! BistroMD does work when you stick to it. It's worth the expense.:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

WELL DONE DEB!!!

How good is that?:thumbsup2

8 days :woohoo: :woohoo:

Yes, about Transatlantics had put my husband off over too long Sea Day!!

He was complaining on Westbound Panama for 3/4 days on Sea Day:scared1: I enjoyed it but not for him mmm.

He like stop over like Med and Batlic.

What about Med? Oh it is really beautiful and I love go back there again but Ian said NO, he want see different place.

Scottishwee35

John always thought he would hate cruising because of being bored on the ship, but he loved the sea days. It could also be because he doesn't like paying out for excursions.:lmao: That is one thing putting us off the Baltic cruises as I would want to visit all the great places.

I never heard of BistroMD.

Well I am sitting down and ate Chicken Curry with Rice now, yes, I am not myself today. Feeling low but I visited my friend this morning and feeling a bit better.

I got cold sore on my lip and I know I had been stress again.

but I look forward to have holiday next week.

Scottishwee35

Oh, I suffer from cold sores too, though I haven't had one for a couple of years. I usually get them when in hot sun, so expected some this last trip, and also on the cruise. Yes, stress can be a factor.

I bought a Woman magazine yesterday and noticed a firm that delivers diet food over here. www.dietchef.co.uk. Free delivery on the 14 day hamper. Doesn't look like all proper meals though. Granola bar for breakfast, soup for lunch, a meal for dinner and a snack bar.

I bet there are more firms out there.

Deb - great job on the 8lbs! WOOHOO!

Jackie - don't think I ever gave you kudos over your 5lbs! WAY TO GO!

Mandy - so good to see you! I can't wait to meet you in person next year. As it's been said - even though you had to cancel you are part of this bunch. :goodvibes

Holly - how has Tyler been doing lately? Glad you're being kept busy & I loved the story about how you told the lawyer that Jen wasn't being kept just for him :rotfl:

Marilyn - wow - 7 weeks! Can't wait :thumbsup2

I get to see Kathe in about 3 weeks :)

Deborah - sorry about the stress & the things breaking down. Things will get better

My jaw is still tired - not too bad, but better. Hours of holding my mouth open took their toll on me :rotfl:

Well, he's only had 3 school days since starting the new med (plus today) and I only heard about one of the days because there have been substitutes the other days because of conferences and they don't know to provide me with the details or even what's going on. Monday was a so-so day, but the important part is that nobody got hurt. He says he hasn't had to go to the principal's office this week though, so it must be improving. Not sure whether to believe him, but he's usually honest about this stuff, so I've been giving him the benefit of the doubt (in light of not getting daily reports this week) and have been really playing up the good stuff to build up his confidence. :thumbsup2 He's been SUPER happy after school, so I take that as a good sign of him being truthful about having better days so far. I'll find out for sure though at our parent-teacher conference today.

You could always adopt me too :lmao: :goodvibes

:lmao: :lmao: I think Woody would be the best bet to be adopted by!!!

I've had a few of those sessions so I sympathise. At least it is all over for now.

Well this week sounds to be going well. He wouldn't be so haooy after schoiol if he was getting into trouble and thought you knew.

You're exactly right Marilyn. He's so down on himself after those rough days. It's nice to see him happy again, as all kids should be. :goodvibes

::yes:: :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Morning all. I start car pooling today, so I have to be ready to go in about 20 minutes. (just need to throw on my glad rags) I'll be drivng on Tuesdays and Sue will drive on Thursdays. If we like how it works, we'll add in Monday and Wednesday too. I hesitate to do 4 days because I occasionally need to do a bit of overtime...especially when we have the time change in November (as I'll be an hour ahead of everyone I work with in LA). We'll see how it goes. Even not driving one day a week saves a bit.

:grouphug: For everyone who needs them today!

The scale said down 6.5 this morning :woohoo: amazing what eating 'real' food will do :lmao:

catch you all at lunch break...

Marilyn

You just back and I am laughing that you had been counting

One week on Friday, we are going to Tenerife

Oh I need a break - my necklaces snip half and it was broken as I bought it from Amsterdam:sad2: then my hair straigher was broken, thought maybe fuse. Ian changed it and won't work. Then my printer won't print out:scared1: :scared1:

I feel that I had enough with it. I need a break.::yes::

We emailed to DU to move our dummy dates to 6 July 2010 for Baltic:) But no balcony:sad2: So we wait and see. If problem later, we can cancel it (well I hope not).

I know that it won't be same with Panama Canal Disboard People :sad1:

Scottishwee35

That's a lot of broken stuff in one day  I hope your day gets better.

I will put you down for the 6-6 Baltic :goodvibes

Well I'll add you to it anyway. I don't think anyone is for sure, they are just pretty sure and that's what the list is all about. Everyone needs a good understanding of who they may be cruising with.

Maybe your homone play about and make you ate more then you will be fine later. I sometime like that.

but you look great at Panama Cruise, I want to lose weight, I find hard now
NO WILLPOWER LEFT :rotfl: :rotfl:

Scottishwee35

I think we should make a club for people that have no willpower left ;) At least we'll be fat together. I didn't say that Ian :lmao:
