If you look on this graphic you will see Baytown and League city and Pasadena... my sister is right around there....

This is not going to be fun.... & now I'm even more scared than I was before... As much as I hated being down there waiting for Gustav last week...I hate being far away and feeling helpless even more. I don't think that I will be sleeping much this weekend.

I just hope that the powers that be get as many people out of the way in the best way possible...

You can always replace belongings, but you can't replace people.

Michelle, I'm sure they'll get everybody out in plenty of time.

Brooke likes to get tissues wet and clean with them. So I'm picking up gross tissue everywhere. What do I say, she's trying to help.

I love that kids like to help! Maybe leave a container of cleaning wipes where she can easily get to them? Maybe say, "You're doing such a great job cleaning, here's something that will make it easier for you". Maybe?

Well, Ian is probably up and about and I haven't gotten to bed yet...but I wouldn't allow myself to until I got the wedding party photos done.

Yes, Yes!

We always spend two nights at Cocoa Beach on the ocean before the cruise and then 4-6 nights at WDW after the cruise. When we're in Cocoa Beach we go to Fishlips on the water and have dinner and watch the Wonder leave port. It's awesome.

Think about joining us.....maybe some others that are doing that cruise will want to meet at Fishlips again. We had about 30 disers there before the PC repo cruise. That's when I met Cheri for the first time. Gydell organized it.

So what do you say. Port area before cruise and WDW after.

Right now the plan is for a week in WDW before the Sept 12th cruise.

I was a Brownie when I lived in Brazil (a Gnome to be exact--worked well w/ my height too). Next step was Guides.

I'm having a hard time this morning....have every year at this time.

Please say a prayer for everyone today...especially those families that lost someone on this date 7 years ago.

My parents used to own (and rent out) a house in Burke, VA - our tenant at the time was 1 of the survivors of the attach on the Pentagon...he had massive burns on most of his body (I want to say 80%) but he did make it.

Right now the plan is for a week in WDW before the Sept 12th cruise.

We will certainly be there for 4 days before the cruise, but might stretch that depending on the flights!!!

As a group, we must try and book a meal together. (Well not Michelle of course as she hasn't decided yet! )
