Bubba, Mavis is putting graffiti on my myspace page :lmao: I need a new song.

pasta, mine was chicken with cream sauce and brocolli and sundried tomatoes. I eat 1/2 a portion, so I may be over with my cals for the day but not by too much :goodvibes

Hey why don't you do that on weekends. Eat half portions and drink diet Pib.

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I only had one check in and one carry on and one tote bag.......he flipped out over the tote bag. Then on the way home we had one extra bag that we bought onboard for all of our extra goodies......and it cost us an extra $100 to check it in on the plane. Imagine!:headache: :headache:

that's part of why we drove home ;)

So you saved 700.00 and got an OBC? That is good. I didn't book through DU, I just switched after the OBC thing.

Yes, if you're not booking onboard and locking in their discount, then definitely book with DU coz they will give you a better price than the website. I checked with my AAA travel agent and she quoted me the exact same price that I got on the internet. DU always beats it! And gives you an onboard credit.:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Hi Bubba! Happy Friday! What are you drinking? I made myself a sandwich!

That's great Nan.....that's the way to do it and get it working. Plus it sounds delicious. I get to cheat tomorrow. I do Sat/Sun because that's when John is home.

What kind of sandwich?

they have a lot of others things to do. It isn't much different then the cruise but you do have to pay for the extra activities. The difference is that they like Nick cartoons better than Disney. Now if they had a cartoon network place to go they'd rather go there.

what am I missing here. How can travelling on a ship to see different countries be the same as staying at a hotel?

Are you talking about:

a kids club
an arcade
movie theater
pool (of course)
resturants

okay, Paul just explained this to me and now I get it. He used the Grand Wailei on Maui as a resort vs a cruise and now I get it. I guess I couldn't see why the Nick would be "better" than a cruise, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder and a kid might think the Nick was better.

Hey all....

I have to go and read... or maybe skim 18 pages...

Just waiting and watching the weather... Claire said she and Brian weren't going to watch alot because it was upsetting Brian... Won't know until morning when they show things how it went...

They had all that stuff and the shows and something similar to Studio Sea where they could sing and put on plays and watch them. I liked the cruise better but I meant the kids not me. Plus they had a PS2 in every room so that kept Ethan busy.

You should read. I think most of it is in English this time.

I just book the cheapest thing which is 12. I'd much rather go on more vacations and be in a smaller room. We were never in there anyway.

I just looked up Tortola Cat 11 for Sept 12 without air, you can get it cheaper, and without insurance, you can get it cheaper. I did include ground transfers and the price was $2889 for all four of you. YOU CAN DO THIS! Then ask DU for a quote. They'll hold it for two days and then release it if you don't put the deposit down on it.

OH CRAP... now I'm going to have to scan in the post card from the Royal Motel in Plattsburgh NY that my family let ME pick out on the way home from a trip to Montreal... it had a pool and a miniature golf place... & I WAS 7 YEARS OLD!!!

WHAT A FLYTRAP!!!!

Moral to the story... never let a kid pick a hotel...

Gaylean... next time... go inside the gates...

I must be doing something wrong. How can it be different. I canceled all ground travel and ins.
