I've been cleaning my bathroom, bit by bit, during the commercial breaks of the news and the show I watched before the news, because I hate cleaning so much, I can't do it all at once. Seems crazy to be cleaning my bathroom on a Friday night! But at least I'm getting a head start on my weekend cleaning plans.

Hi everyone! I'm home now and have been skipping and hopping around the thread trying to find where I left off....and it's page 7! I'm going to have to get Jackie to fill me in on the last 140 pages!

So I see SOME PEOPLE now have tags....well aren't you just *special*???? Even a ~scrolling~ tag! What does it take to get one of those???? I just saw Gayleen's and Nan's; maybe there's more. Congrats, you guys!

I had a nice trip to FL. Good learning experience--even though the weather was fine, the diving wasn't very good. It was too rough to go out until Sat. and even then the visibility was not great. But it was good enough to see the fish (20-30 ft.) and it felt wonderful to be diving again. We had fun in Key West; went on a sunset cruise on Tues. night that we really enjoyed (never done that before). Ken, I was going wild with my camera! I really had fun taking tons of pictures.

I think I'm going to have to call it a night--I think I'm still on EDT (ug!). I woke up at 5 a.m. this morning!

BTW, I was down in Scottsdale last night when that huge storm hit. I don't think Scottsdale got the heavy winds that central Phoenix had, but it was wild! I've lived in AZ my entire life and I've never seen so much lighting in a single storm! Fortunately no hail damage to my car BUT I've got a 20" crack in my windshield! I discovered this Thursday morning before the storm! I'm having very bad car juju lately!

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone at DL! It's just around the corner. By the time I get my laundry done, it'll be time to pack again! Wheeeee!

Geez! So sorry you are having a spate of car demons.

You need to get a statue of Frances of Rome, the patron saint of automobiles and automobilists.

While we were doing our grocery shopping tonight, I brought up the subject of wedding songs.

Apparently, Sukie knew that there were such things as wedding songs, I did not (what can I say, I've lead a very sheltered existence).

We discussed it an have chosen our wedding song.

I had a lot of trouble finding a good version of it on line, so I have created my own video for it and have done my very first YouTube upload.

the other night we rode up the target escalator and Paul says "hey look it's a blue BUBBA mug" he was very happy. I think I'll have to get some for Xmas this year for the kiddos

On the repos. I would LOVE Alaska. Unless airfare goes down I don't know about Europe as we were booked last time and the airfare cost more that the cruise so we ended up booking this one instead . However my step-dad's family was from Estonia and we have been there alot but he now has Parkinson's so a crusie could be a good way for him to see it again and the rest of the ports. I have been to most of those ports but Matt hasn't. If they did one to Tokyo I would definatly be on it!!!! My goal is to an around the world Disney Trip (WDW, DL Paris, DL Tokyo, DL Hong Kong and DL CA). I don't want to even think how much that will cost!!!

Ian, I'm bummed that I can't see your video/song tonight (my computer won't download flash), so I'll have to wait until Tuesday at work. But the computers at work all had the speakers disabled, so I'll be able to see but not hear. Bummer. Might have to go to a friend's house to see this!

There is one picture that shows OUR submarine and some others that look like ships near the MAGIC where the submarine should have been. There is some aerial footage too, so I think they took film from 2005 and 2008 and made a little movie.

(I might have said all that before. I think I did, but sometimes I dream stuff and did not really DO it. )

The party was great and the stuff under his bed came out and I acted like the kids did it

Finally, with the bathroom floor swept and mopped, the bathroom is done. How pathetic that it took me all night to clean the smallest room in the house. But it's my least favorite chore (maybe even worse than mowing), so it feels great to have it out of the way!
