I'd say it was time to ditch the hotel ressie I'm holding for the night of the 27th in Staten Island. I thought I would get up early and jump on the ferry. But I can't even be sure of what time to get on it. I don't want to ride the ferry for 2 hours before 7am just in case it gets in early.

Besides.. you could probably see it from the nice warm Hyatt we had lunch at with Deborah if we knew when it was to sail out... lol

& I remember being able to see ships (especially the Tall Ships) from Sandy Hook when they had them drop anchor before coming into the harbor...

They not only have to bring it into the harbor.. but they have to wait for tugboats to bring it up the river and turn it around and dock it. It's a LOT closer than some of the other piers they've gone into.. they were built in the 1940's for the older ships and modified.

That would be nice. If I could drive that far by myself, which I can't.....I would meet you at the Hyatt for breakfast. That would be nice.

no.. they just see me as the bratty little sister they grew up with.. I'm the youngest and Timmy especially has looked at my struggles as failures instead of achievements.

That's an idea. But then I would have to drive to the Hyatt by myself from Newark. I would get so lost, even with a Gabby.

You wonder how the bookings will be for '13 anyway... There's a lot going on.. even the DCL enthusiasts have to choose ... and alot of them are very close ... together time wise and they're gonna want to see the Fantasy.. and alot of them have already booked it.. and with greece and the TA's and now Panama and Alaska??? & Hawaii???

I'm getting a headache just thinking of it..

(personally I was kind of hoping for another Baltic cruise... but maybe another time...)

There's a lot going on.. even the DCL enthusiasts have to choose together timewise... and alot of them are very close... and they're gonna want to see the Fantasy.. and alot of them have already booked it.. and with greece and the TA's and now Panama and Alaska??? & Hawaii???

I'm getting a headache just thinking of it..

(personally I was kind of hoping for another Baltic cruise... but maybe another time...)

I want to see the Greek Islands.....I would get one Island and Athens. That's not so bad.

Mom and I talked about trying to get a vacation in this year.. seeing as I haven't had one in 4 years... We decided to go for the Lake... I miss the lake terribly... and the place we used to stay at will be open again this summer...

She also mentioned that maybe Brian might want to come up too...



OHHH and Brian got his luggage!!!!! (which is good cause his roommates were getting tired of him borrowing clothes!!! )

OH YEA, then we better call the whole thing off....or you'll be falling asleep during Jersey Boys. You don't want to be in NJ during the early morning hours and then see a show at night at home. It's too much.

I think that's a great idea. You so need a vacation and the lake would be perfect.
