Why am I so darn happy on a nice rainy Saturday like today???
I have NO frickin idea..........
Slept in until 10am and I just couldn't sleep any longer. Lots to do today. Today is the day I'm going to get Tyler's room put back together after a couple kids at his party went through it like muddy tornados. He was so upset about it. We didn't have time to get to it before he went to his dad's the next day, so I want to do it today. And if I have time after that (or energy), work on cleaning the kitchen and maybe start tackling my own bedroom (which I've been trying to get the courage to do for years). Oh, and laundry and dishes. Now that I mention all of this, I think maybe I would have rather gotten up early and gone to work! 
That's an awful lot of excitement so it must be about the job!

I saw him comment on a friend's wall, so I sent him a friend request and we've been chatting on and off this morning. He's a bit older than me, I think 3 or 4 years older, so we were never in school together, but I always had a crush on him as a kid. Now though, he's totally not my type, but we're going to have dinner a week from tomorrow when I'll be in town there for Fathers Day, after I'm done visiting with my dad. Not technically a date, but just getting together to catch up on the past 25 years! 
I got the official offer from HR yesterday....start date from home is 7/6...last day in the office 7/5.
My manager was not happy....she said "I'm disappointed, after everything I did for you".....I replied that she knew I wanted to work from home (I started this before we moved into the building we're in now...so almost 4 years ago). I had even given her the opportunity to go to the client & see if they would pay to set me up at ....if they would, I would have stayed with the same account. Oh well...her loss
I will be getting a raise too...$1.00...not much, but so much better than nothing & more than I expected (it's considered a lateral move).
Taking a break already from cleaning. Maybe if I break it up into an hour at a time I'll handle that much better. Did dishes, one load of laundry (which I need to hang up to dry now), and just a tiny start in Tyler's room.
Me too....worked a little on my garage already, and need to go get the clothes out of the dryer & put the next load into the washer & dryer. I have to take breaks.....my back starts to hurt quickly.
