Kathe, we must be on the same wavelength because I took our Christmas tree down today too. Boxed everything up and made tons of trips up the ladder to shove it all in the attic. I was shocked at how many times I almost fell backwards off the ladder because it's hard to hang on while carrying heavy boxes. Especially the tree. 90 pounds up the ladder. I'm So happy to have that all done!

Sorry about your toe! OUCH! :eek:

Holly and Kathe, you have inspired me to take the Christmas cards off the sofa table and remove my stocking. That was the extend of my 'decorating' this year.

I'm very happy that the lovely and talented Colin Firth won a Golden Globe tonight and I loved his acceptance speach. :lovestruc

You're only taking her side because you're both Canadians. I'll bet you'd even take her side if she were Québécoise, which would only further prove my point that this is taking sides based on nationality and not logic.
