Hi Friends....thank you so much for all the anniversary wishes. We will definitely be celebrating soon.

Yesterday, they pulled the tubes out of my Aunt and she went quickly and peacefully. We were all there to watch her take her last breath. She was very loved and will remain in our hearts.

My cousins are having her funeral in NY on Long Island on Monday. That changes everything. They are flying on Sunday. So I'm thinking about flying home on Sunday and seeing if me and John can do the funeral on Monday and then just taking off from Long Island to go directly to Orlando on Monday night so that we can be there by Wednesday. I have no plane ticket as of yet, I have to change Uncle Teddy's flight home and I have Tom with me to get back to his mom's house before I take off. The flights are not a problem. Getting Sandi to pick up Tom from Tampa may be an issue. I'm going to have to beg and hope that she will do it. I don't want to have to drive all the way to Orlando and fly out of there. Tampa is an hour away from here and that's far enough. Keep everything crossed that this works out. I don't want to miss my Aunt's funeral. I have to give it my best attempt.

Rain has stopped THANK GOD... it POURED for hours and hours last night. Haven't gone down to see the River but I imagine it's out of it's banks.

Good thing I sort of live up hill from there...

Tomorrow is going to be busy.

I'm hoping to go over to the mega plex in Albany to see the HD Sing A long of Beauty and the Beast... I'm hoping that nobody there remembers it's a sing a long... I'd rather soak it all in without some kid screaming...

THEN...

we are going to head over for a quick supper at the Glenville Octoberfest... and then we are heading over to Proctors to see Johnny Mathis in Concert tomorrow night... (those are for the QM...)

Was just chatting on Facebook with my friend Dee, who is on the Magic and sailing home. She said she LOVED every single one of my "Panama" gang and was glad she got to meet them. She especially mentioned Champagne Girls and Geezers!

My eyes are getting heavy and I still have about 40 pages in my book...I wonder if I'll be able to stay awake to finish it?
