Nah... he's just being a cat...

Get him some stuffed toys of his own that have cat nip in them...
He's got some. A few times a day, I have to hunt for them under furniture so he can start all over again. When he's lost them all is when he looks for Tyler's. :rotfl2: Good thing about it is at least I know he's happy! He certainly seems happy, playing like crazy. And just a few minutes ago I heard him purring for the first time. Climbed right up on my chest, laid his head on my shoulder and was purring away. Downside: his previous owner told me he drools when excited. I just got slobbered on when he was sitting on me. Gross.

I've seen that twice, most recently on the Transatlantic and I could have sworn the other time was on our cruise. :confused3 But maybe it was on the 7 day in January???

.

I think they did it on our Tortola cruise too - but Sukie didn't wanna snuggle with me that night so I can't be sure :snooty:

This is the type of misinformation that just bugs the heck out of me, but this is a quote from a know it all on another thread....

"As I said in my review of world of color, I personally don't think that the dinner is worth it. You can have more flexibility, a cheaper/better dinner, and the same seats if you just take the time to get there 1st thing in the morning and get a fast pass."

Just ask Nana if the fast passes are the same...NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! The dinner package is the BEST way to see the show....and dinner was DELICIOUS! Cant stand know it alls!!!!:headache: And this from someone who hasn't even done the dinner package!!!

Must I come and kick some booty...

Hi Jackie! Not worth the effort to post anything on that thread. Her and her husband have taken over the Jan 23 wonder thread that someone else started. The cruise after the two day, which they are on too. But they don't want to post on the two day thread because we are too many to keep up with. I personally think it was cuz she couldn't take over that thread too.You should see the length of most of their posts, half page average! I just go there to read their know it all bs and chuckle.popcorn:: She doesnt like lanyards, doesn't like dis green...yada yada yada....you know the type.

OMG - we have a thread and I never even knew...I'll get there and set everyone straight pronto :woohoo: stand back there might be flames :rolleyes1

We had friends staying with us a few weeks when they first moved to Chicago and their cat "Benny" would opend the kitched drawer and take out placemats and napkins to play with! I woke up one morning to find a placemat in the hall with his stuffed mouse sitting in the middle of it...looked like he'd had a picnic! :lmao:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I remember my collie dog Kim - my mum brought dry pasta and forgot take it out and left it in livingroom and later Kim took dry pasta everywhere in livingroom - Mum was not happy...

Thanks so much! I leave Friday to begin my journey - I will get to see my DH on Sunday - have not seen him since the Paris airport after the EBTA - and I am so ready to see him for 4 weeks - including the 2 weeks on the cruise where we love the sea days!

My biggest thing for me for this cruise was to figure out how to wear my same formal for 2 nights again and make pictures different- I hit the jackpot yesterday as we went to Men's wearhouse buy one get one free and got my DH and DS baby blue ties. I will wear my same black and white dress but I will wear the beautiful blue wrap that my Secret Mickey :) got me on the EBTA! They all match so nice!

I have my 2 big bags packed, the bug out bag 3/4 packed, my carryons are packed expcept for my pillow and laptop.

I am ready for this trip!

Ok... so when did they start making the adult pool all zen like and such at night???

All we need is for them to start showing the movies THERE and we'd never have to move...

Borrowed from Heatherlynn's tr... :goodvibes

I remember that on the PC. I went and had a look, but it just looked all odd and not inviting at all. It was empty too.

So my mom never showed up yesterday, and today we waited until lunchtime, but had to eat because Tyler was hungry and we had running around to do. She showed up about an hour after we finished lunch, just as I was about to get dressed and head out. So she was stuck tagging along while we went to get Tyler 2 more outfits and a book he's been wanting a while that I told him would be a "Happy back to school" gift. :thumbsup2 She treated us to supper at Applebees.

Tyler has changed his mind about 5 times about what he wants to wear for the first day of school tomorrow, so I'm curious to see what he finally decides on. It's supposed to be hot tomorrow, so that eliminates most of his new clothes. He found a t-shirt today that he fell in love with, it has a picture of a neck tie on the front, and it totally fits his personality, so I suspect he'll wear that, but we'll see. ;)

Sorry your mom was late.

Most of our schools have uniforms and it does help!!!!!

Krissan...have a FABULOUS trip!

I have so many friends on that cruise it is breaking my heart not to be on it...some of those folks I havn't seen since '06!

Well you should have been on with us. What's wrong with you? All these friends waiting to say hi!!!

Bought Tyler the first book in the Kingdom Keepers series today. Can't wait to start reading it to him! Looks so cool! :thumbsup2

I have read the first 2 and have the new on ready to be packed for the cruise. I really enjoyed them.

I was booked on it from day one but had to cancel because I couldn't get off work then. I had moved the reservation to the Panama, then moved it again when I was able to do the EBTA with Monica. I certainly have nothing to whine about, except not getting to play with my friends. That reservation now exists as a 8/23 Alaska...which I will move AGAIN when the 2012 itineraries come out! I hope DCL doesn't set a limit on how many times you can move a reservation.

Deb!! You guys had a fantastic day! Amazing views from the Empire State bldg - I'm so used to just seeing clouds!

Thanks for sharing. How are you doing today, btw?

Holly - let us know how Tyler's 1st day went.

Having a not so grand day at work today....can't wait for lunch (230p-330p) then leaving at 6pm. Hope to be able to walk about the CBR (I won't do it if it's lightning).

Hope everyone else is having a decent day.

That is a late lunch Monica. Sorry about the bad day, but enjoy your walk tonight.

On Mondays & Wednesdays I have lunch btwn 230p-3p (1/2 hr only cuz I leave at 5pm), then the other days I have 1 hr.

It's not too bad - it does make the afternoon go really fast :)

How are you today, Maz? Did John get to Scotland ok?

I always had to eat at 12md, couldn't cope with later. John is the same, and our daughter!!! However since being ill I think my pain meds knock my appetite off at that time, so I can wait longer quite happily!!!

John did get up to Glasgow thank you and his bit of work went well. He is on the train back and enjoying the scenery I think. He has to change trains in York, but I'm not sure of the timing.

I've not been too good recently with much more pain - mainly in the back radiating through. I think the tension from getting ready for the vacation doesn't help, so I hope it will quickly settle once onboard!! I have a good supply of strong pain killers!!! I will make a Doctor's appointment for when I get home in October just in case. Thanks for asking.

Looking forward to seeing you again!!

Looking forward to seeing you too! Hopefully the sea days will allow you to relax.:hug:

Great pics Deb! Did you go to St. Patricks too? If you did, did you see the Cardinals' chair? We were the only family for like the last 60 years that has was allowed to do the upholstery for the Cathedral. I don't think they've recovered it since we closed up shop, so I do believe the packet containing all our family names, etc, is still under the cushions... so that means that the Pope has sat on our seat...

Stress will do that to you... remember to take a little bit of time each day for yourself... even if it's just for a quiet cup of tea or something.

& well... those sea days... those are nice... :goodvibes
