So my mom never showed up yesterday, and today we waited until lunchtime, but had to eat because Tyler was hungry and we had running around to do. She showed up about an hour after we finished lunch, just as I was about to get dressed and head out. So she was stuck tagging along while we went to get Tyler 2 more outfits and a book he's been wanting a while that I told him would be a "Happy back to school" gift. :thumbsup2 She treated us to supper at Applebees.

Tyler has changed his mind about 5 times about what he wants to wear for the first day of school tomorrow, so I'm curious to see what he finally decides on. It's supposed to be hot tomorrow, so that eliminates most of his new clothes. He found a t-shirt today that he fell in love with, it has a picture of a neck tie on the front, and it totally fits his personality, so I suspect he'll wear that, but we'll see. ;)

Krissan...have a FABULOUS trip!

I have so many friends on that cruise it is breaking my heart not to be on it...some of those folks I havn't seen since '06!

Holly, it's for an 'event' night. They put up the gauzy curtains and put out all the pillows and cushions just for that evening. Of course, I can't attest to where those pillows and cushions came from! :lmao:
Oh, I see! That's much better. :thumbsup2

This is the type of misinformation that just bugs the heck out of me, but this is a quote from a know it all on another thread....

"As I said in my review of world of color, I personally don't think that the dinner is worth it. You can have more flexibility, a cheaper/better dinner, and the same seats if you just take the time to get there 1st thing in the morning and get a fast pass."

Just ask Nana if the fast passes are the same...NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! The dinner package is the BEST way to see the show....and dinner was DELICIOUS! Cant stand know it alls!!!!:headache: And this from someone who hasn't even done the dinner package!!!

Thanks so much! I leave Friday to begin my journey - I will get to see my DH on Sunday - have not seen him since the Paris airport after the EBTA - and I am so ready to see him for 4 weeks - including the 2 weeks on the cruise where we love the sea days!

My biggest thing for me for this cruise was to figure out how to wear my same formal for 2 nights again and make pictures different- I hit the jackpot yesterday as we went to Men's wearhouse buy one get one free and got my DH and DS baby blue ties. I will wear my same black and white dress but I will wear the beautiful blue wrap that my Secret Mickey :) got me on the EBTA! They all match so nice!

I have my 2 big bags packed, the bug out bag 3/4 packed, my carryons are packed expcept for my pillow and laptop.

I am ready for this trip!

Krisann

Speaking of which, I nearly stole your

Hi Jackie! Not worth the effort to post anything on that thread. Her and her husband have taken over the Jan 23 wonder thread that someone else started. The cruise after the two day, which they are on too. But they don't want to post on the two day thread because we are too many to keep up with. I personally think it was cuz she couldn't take over that thread too.You should see the length of most of their posts, half page average! I just go there to read their know it all bs and chuckle.popcorn:: She doesnt like lanyards, doesn't like dis green...yada yada yada....you know the type.

That just pisses me off when people are like that. I hate know it alls, especially when they're wrong. I wouldn't have been able to keep quiet about it if I were you. :sad2:

Back to school tomorrow. Means back to getting up early. Yuck. Oh well, it's only 40 minutes earlier than we had to get up to get Tyler to the YMCA all summer, so I'll survive. ;)

:rotfl2: Well I don't have to go to school! :rotfl: Besides, I slept until noon today, so I'm OK for now. :thumbsup2

Uh oh........I have to go rescue some of Tyler's stuffed animals from the cat! :rotfl2: He steals them, hides them, then brings them out in the middle of the night to play with! Tosses them up in the air and chases them around, banging into furniture, tearing up and down the halls, etc. CRAZY cat! :rotfl:

We had friends staying with us a few weeks when they first moved to Chicago and their cat "Benny" would opend the kitched drawer and take out placemats and napkins to play with! I woke up one morning to find a placemat in the hall with his stuffed mouse sitting in the middle of it...looked like he'd had a picnic! :lmao:

Nah... he's just being a cat...

Get him some stuffed toys of his own that have cat nip in them...

That's hilarious! :rotfl2: I'm not surprised though. He's finding all kinds of things Tyler hasn't been able to find. Hard telling where he's finding them! ;)
