Holly - let us know how Tyler's 1st day went.

Completely wore him out. There were a few things he'd wanted to go shopping for today after school, but when I picked him up, all he wanted to do was go home. Well, first he wanted to stop by his old school where he went to kindergarten and 1/2 of 1st grade to say hi to all the staff there. They're always so happy to see him and he thinks it's cool that they all remember him. He also gets to say hi to lots of friends from his classes there too. Barely made it home, he was starting to fall asleep on the 10 min ride home, managed to get him a quick supper and he went right to sleep. Was sound asleep by 5:30pm.

I'm sick. I slept a lot today. I have a bug....running to the bathroom and getting sick. It's not pleasant. I'm not surprised after all the running around we did. It was bound to happen. I'm just glad it waited until the kids went home.

I got my Droid today and don't even care. That's feeling lousey.

Bless him!!! It is funny that school has done that to him seeing he has been at daycare all holiday. It must be much more brain tiredness!

Well... I started stitching again. It's been YEARS since I actually sat down with a whole project and worked on it. I stopped when one of my friends moved in with us for a bit - mostly because it bothered me when anyone would come up to me and watch over my shoulder and keep asking "So... what're you doing???" That bugs me to no end...

So... I cleaned off the chair in my room and set up my stitching supplies. I'm working on a sampler that I started in '09... (I have to change the dates on it to reflect the '10... ) It should be done some time this week. I'll post pictures when I can.

I am DYING to do one of the Stoney Creek kits that I got in Disney a couple of years ago. It's Tinkerbell and it's called Spring Blossoms. Problem is... It's Aida Cloth (the cloth with the squares... ) and I don't work on Aida anymore. I only work on linen... so I have to go and find a shop somewhere that has a comparable color to the cloth that came with the kit.

My blackberry mobile deleted everything, just like wipe out mobile nos list everything....

then I was working today as swap over for one staff who need university so I said okay I worked today then my husband picked me up and told me about Olivia's front teeth broke again... Olivia was so upset and thought I was screaming off but i didn't, I gave her my hugs and feel sad

I will take her to densist tom morning and see what happen...

My work - boss told me that I must work every second Saturday... which is not good news to me... so he set up three meetings and see what happen...huh I don't want to work on Saturday... I will ask Friday off if they want me work on Sat? oh dear... what next????

Marilyn, I just wish go away and join the cruise on 18th Sept - just like run away from everything...

Most of mine aren't framed... and the ones that are... are in somebody elses house... I go visit my sister's house to visit my stitching... I DID do over a dozen Xmas stockings... they are my most enjoyed stitching...

It's not too bad... it's all cross stitch... I used to be able to do heirloom quality work, but I'm so out of practice that I need to build up again. I've got some nice pieces I'd like to do... and I haven't really been keeping up with the stitching community so I don't know what's new out there...
