I was showing Tyler Bubba's pictures because I wanted him to see World of Color, but he told me he already knows all about it and was telling me everything about it. Allrighty then! :headache: He told me on the Disney channel in the morning there's something called 365 Disney or something like that, and that's where he saw it. Lucky kid!

We're hoping to see it for real someday! :thumbsup2

Holly, my next trip is with you and Tyler in Toronto. Maybe I shouldn't even unpack.....hahaha.:goodvibes

Woohoo!!! I'm honored to be next! :goodvibes Can't wait! Tyler just counted his money again and he's up to $49 and is thrilled to death! :rotfl: Oh.....speaking of money, Jayson at work told me this, so I'm passing it on to you, he said to make sure you stop and gas up BEFORE crossing into Canada because he says you'll pay 3 times more for gas there.

Thanks for the heads up....we'll make sure to take advantage of it.

It's always great to take a little trip away to a new place. I'm having the best time with my little mini vacations. Bring on Toronto!!!

Boy , everyone's "favorite" person on the PC cruise coming up sure likes to think himself special:snooty:.....how dare someone not recognize what type of annual pass he has....PAALEASE!!

Who is this person?

Also, an unrelated question. Isn't it typical that one has to actually book a cruise in order to partake in it?

I'm now ready to plan October and Thanksgiving.

Hey Marilyn and Karen - We're now working our way through "The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin."

Maryanne Perrin was one of my best friends growing up...

(you can go back to ignoring me again... :rotfl:)

I'm not ignoring you. I'm running a healthy betting service on exactly which vacation you'll land on.

Are the odds better than the ones I had on the horses yesterday???

So... which one's ahead? The transatlantic or the return of the Magic to the Med in 2012?

(and no... the Staten Island Ferry does NOT count...)

Hey Ian...

Does that include mom? Cause you know... she could ditch me at any time now... and just go without me... :rotfl:

& you can take the Lake off the list for this year, since apparently EVERYONE but us went up this year... (no one told me they were going...) (should I take this as a sign that these people don't want to really vacation with me anymore after like 35 years????)

No, the Circle Line had the lowest odds, followed closely by the Day Liner (with a stop in Poughkeepsie).

If I bring mom... think I can get the Sr. Cit. discount?

Just a tease... I have to go eat - I'll be back to post more later...

Very nice!! You can't get any closer to the track unless you're on a horse!!!

I did watch a few of those but it wasn't my favourite programme. Still, i bet it is funnier than lots they make these days though.

Do you have to be invited? Can't you just find a place and go?

By the way Michelle, I like your hair - suits you.

Karen, I'm surprised. Don't you know that men prefer to keep their Nooks out in the open (where they can breathe).
I thought it was pure urban myth. Like Scotsmen keeping a Kindle under their kilts..

:thumbsup2 Hang on tho', are we talking the original classic Leonard Rossiter series or the rather feeble Martin Clunes re-make??? Careful how you answer, now...

I actually loved the books even more and only recently found that the author, David Nobbs, was still writing when I picked up a copy of his latest at the airport. Oh my!!! Richard and I adored it!!! You might want to experiment with Mr. Nobbs and his 'Obstacles to Young Love' on your Nook, Ian...
