So I switched from Marla to Sue Ellen at DU. Lisa recommended that I contact Sue Ellen when I told her that Marla will be unavailable Mon morning when I need to be booking on the Dream. So I would have had to do it myself and I could not transfer my western ressie.

Sue Ellen took care of everything for me. Thank you Lisa for referring me to her. I feel so confident now that I will get onboard the maiden voyage. Sorry Mon, we'll do a western together some other time. I used the transfer because of the deposit money and onboard credit. I can always pick up some more dummy dates on the Wonder in Jan. I'm excited to see the new changes up close. John said we'll post lots of pics while still in port.

I'm not able to do a B2B, sorry Kaz. I need to build up to platinum before boarding. So I have to book 2 more short cruises before not after the Dream cruise. Then I have the B2B Alaska in April. I'll be happy to sail with you for the first 4 nighter and the LA-Van. We must do another Champagne Girls tasting...not on the Dream, just in April. I have too much to explore on the Dream...I'll be busy. Can you imagine how lost I'm going to be??? I'll need a GPS with me. ah-haha!!

I'm watching the Giants lose to the Eagles 7-30 at the half. It's not a great football day today.

I saw the MJ movie yesterday. It's a documentary. He never really sang full out. It was all behind the scenes watching him at work. I laughed and teared in spots. There was one song he did do full out as a duo with a woman singer. It was awesome. I said my goodbyes. It's a good tribute.


John elected not to go into the city today for the Scrooge train because it's the NYC marathon today. It's going to be gridlock. We stayed away. But we missed the tour. Sad.

Is it my imagination or are there:

1. More sideways cabins, and;
2. Fewer inside cabins?

We always sail in 5122 on the Magic and Wonder. It's a Cat 6 on deck 5 port side aft. It's the first room off the elevators...next to the Buena Vista Theater. I wanted the equivalent on the Dream and that appears to be 5150...it's just up from the elevators but it's the last room along the row. I'm not sure what category it is....maybe a 5E? How about you? Do you have a favorite stateroom?

I'm sure we'll both get onboard. We can link dinner if you and Sophie would like? Lisa/disneylover5 is another Thief that I would like to link with if she is doing a late seating. You'll love her. Then we're also hoping that Cheri and Monica and Gydell and Vicki get onboard. So we'll have to see how many will be at our table. I hope everyone gets to make it that wants to.

Today was my first Sunday of only having 2 meetings and I'm loving it. I was back home by 11:30. I feel like I have the entire day to myself.

You are welcome and I have no idea. I just noticed the forward deck 12 concierge royal suites. They face FORWARD and to the side. Wouldn't you love to sit out on that deck!!!

Yes it is! Over the next 14 days I'm going to have to be working on weekends for my regular job too. Yuck! That's 14 days of work without a break.

....you mean the bombing of Dresden, Germany in WWII? I had to look it up. Air power is indeed a strategic advantage. That's why we love Top Gun....goose and maverick....heros of our youth....well, my 20 year old nephew's youth anyway.....not so much my youth, but my heros all the same.

Me and John talked about doing it next year and looked up the airfare. It'll have to be out of Phili into O'Hare and cost about $300 a person. John decided that he would rather drive. How did I know that. He said he could do it in a day. I said we would have to do it on a year that we didn't have too many vacation days already taken from cruising. John gets about 6 weeks off a year. So we'll have to carefully plan it in advance with other cruises figured in. Then we'll know when we can make it. We sure would love to. I know that it'll be good for my diet because I'll just be laughing so hard. I think that's what happened on the Tortola cruise.
