Yes, they are the twins. We didn't have long with them without the boys as both parents came home early(from different places!!). We played games with them - Downfall and Pick up Sticks.

They look identical but one is bigger than the other and slightly heavier, but I can never remember which one!! That annoys their mum! They have always been dressed differently, though sometimes have the same things so it is even more difficult then. They are a little different in what they like and you can see different personalities at times, but mostly they just do things together with the same/similar toys, and NEVER stop talking.

Think their mum would be insulted if you tagged them with "Hi my name is" labels?

Michelle, have some good deep refreshing sleep, and get properly well soon!!

Oddly enough, we never invested in crystal. There is no service for 12 Waterford to go along with the China.

Ian, I believe sister Dianne could supplement any of your china needs!

She used to go 'play' with the head of that department in Marshall Fields and they would rearrange china, crystal and flatware by the hour!

I did sleep for about 6 hours - or until the QM thought I should get up and eat... it was the best sleep I've had for a while... I just hope that it's a sign that things are turning...

Charlotte, Amy and I watched some of your fish die and float to the top of your 2nd tank this morning. We saw them flashing red to be fed immediately so kept going back and caught them dying. The girls were fascinated and wondered where you were!!!! I said it was only 6.30am your time and you would be sleeping till early afternoon!!!!!

Glad I could provide some free entertainment for your granddaughters! I actually didn't sleep until early afternoon today though.....quite surprising, I know! I was sad to see all the dead fish this morning. I meant to purchase ones that lasted longer but just lost track of time. Then I came home in the evening to find a whole tank of more dead fish! I'm good at killing them off it seems!

For what it's worth... I'm still awake from yesterday...

This is the longest I've ever gone after pain meds without being able to change things around... & I hate it... Totally out of whack...

I'm going to go and try and crash for a bit... I've told mom to forget dinner for me... I'll grab some soup or whatever when I awaken...

It would definitely be nice to win, but I wouldn't be able to do the inaugural because it's just a few days after the PC one we'll be on. I'm pushing my luck with almost 3 weeks off work as it is, no way they'd let me take more time!

I moved the floral display (a gift from Sophie) when we sat down to dinner...


I just bought absolute essentials until I got to a size when I felt happy to invest in more staple items. And lots of drawstring waisted items as they work over a range of sizes...

Had a great time at the party! It actually was 2 parties combined. I rode with my co-worker Jan and her husband Dave, the party was at Dave's daughter's house (Jan' stepdaughter). First was a birthday party for one of Jan's granddaughters, that lasted a couple hours, then a few people left, the DCL DVD went in, the jello shots came out, and we all had fun sharing our love of DCL with the guests who haven't gone on one yet. Oh.....and I discovered that I really, really like jello shots! I didn't get home until almost midnight. VERY FUN TIME!

The cruise give-away is being done differently this time. All guests were given "party tokens", which are basically business card sized cards with an entry code, you register your code online and I think just wait for a drawing (not sure, haven't entered mine yet), and each one I give to a friend, if that friend enters to win, I get another chance to win. I have 5 cards total. Wish I had lots more!

What cabins did you choose? I'm mulling over a B2B for Nov 2011 (if I have to blow off Alaska cause of money). Having trouble picking a location as anything from a 5C down will fit in my budget. Don't really feel the need for a verandah, as this trip won't be about looking out, it will be about exploring the ship. At this moment, I'm leaning towards an 8 for the extra elbow room. Did notice that the 8A's are twice the size of all the others, but only some have a handicapped icon on them.

Something must have been in the air as we also had jello shots last night I really don't care for jello that much and the taste of alcohol in it was awful. Just not my thing. We were at a 40th bday '80s party. Paul and I didn't dress up. While I graduated in the 80s (82 to be exact) most of my life was college and job related then so the fashion just wasnt my thing. Strange looking peeps last night. That wasn't a great decade for fashion

I went for an 8A, Jackie - I love the look of those big sit-in portholes and I'm intrigued by the room layout... Cannot wait!!!

Eastwood Manor now has matching tablecloths for the dining table with both leaves inserted and the second table with both leaves pulled out to extend it. The Manor also has matching napkins for 16.

It really is a drag going to BB&B alone. Houseware stores and hardware stores are a lot like sex, absorbing, but so much better with someone else there.

I'm thinking today might be a good day to get some Xmas stuff out of the garage. It's sunny and nice. In a few weeks it might be dreary raining and cold.

Oh...the tree does not come until first weekend in Dec. I was lazy and ordered an extra from the neighborhood lawn tree peeps. They are nice trees and plopped on my lawn for $15 - why not (again searching for my smilies not making me happy
