I'll be there with gal pals celebrating my birthday. There may even be some out of state visitors.

Hi everybody!

Kaleigh gave me a bit of excitement today. At the pool today at the end of swim time, she was playing with her friend, and got head-butted in the nose by her friend (accidentally). I didn't actually see it, just saw Kaleigh turn around and blood coming out her nose and all down her swimshirt. We were in the shallow pool, so I just grabbed her and headed to the first aid room. She didn't start crying until we got to first aid. Poor Shaelyn was a little scared and she followed us to first aid. I told her she could go back and play in the pool, but she wasn't leaving her sister. Kaleigh's fine once the bleeding stopped, and once she calmed down, she asked for Subway for lunch. They said she could go back in the pool, so we went back in for a few minutes before heading out to lunch.

This is a busy & wet weekend for Shaelyn as she had swimming lesson this morning, went to pottery this afternoon, and then from pottery she went back into the pool for her friend's birthday party, and tomorrow she has another party to go to at the pool. Good thing she loves the water!

Scary Shannon. I'm glad Kaleigh's fine now. I love that Shaelyn wouldn't leave her sister. That's true love through thick and thin.

Reporting in that Cheri landed safely in the Valley of the Sun and is on her way up north to sleep in her own bed!

I'm off to pick up pizza and head over to Peg's to hear all their travel stories.

Thanks Jacks....John didn't feel like grocery shopping today so we're ordering in Pizza....4 points a slice with just cheese. Doable.

I'm wondering if they will sail (with guests!) from NY to FL. Wouldn't that be grand? An eastern seaboard cruise with a stop at Castaway Cay for that all important 'foreign' port. Of couse, this would be January, so I don't know about the weather!

I would do that in a heartbeat....NY is an hour away.


I think they're making the announcement Oct 29 at 4:30 pm....I read that somewhere.

My friend Dee (whom I've cruised with twice before) is taking three generations of family (16 people in four cabins). I know about half of them.

I'm back from the first Sunday morning back at my WW job. It was sort of a shock to my system to not have a full weekend to myself after nearly a month of Sundays being ALL mine.

I also weighed myself

But I'm very glad that the worst is over and now I'm happily back on track.

My litmus test for weight gain is whether or not I can look back and say it was worth it. Thinking about some wonderful times we had at WDW and on the ship I can say it truly was.

But, playtime is now over.

BY THE WAY...I did not gain one single pound on vacation. Which shows you how sedantary my 'real life' really is.

BY THE WAY...I did gain two pounds since I've been home! The party is over!

That's exactly how I feel. I was reading earlier about Marilyn and Cheri not having any chocolates on their pillows....so I pulled some out of my bag and popped a few in my mouth as I was reading.....then I realized I just ate 8 points....EEK! I'm off vacation now and back to tracking. Guess I'll only be eating one a day now until they're gone. Fortunately, I have weekend points to use for today.

I just sent you a PM, but now looking back over your previous post, I see that you need to disregard it.

I might even try prices for a 6a. Humm such decisions, oh what to do.

Man do I miss my "vacation steroids"....I've been sleeping almost around the clock since we're home on Friday afternoon. I hurt everywhere! My leg is swollen again....edema is back. It's leaking slightly. I hope I don't get another infection or cellulitis. We're back to wrapping it and using the compression boot every night. Oh well, at least I got to swim this trip. Just wish I could stay on steroids permanently....but that would cause more damage than good.
