No, I completely lost all motivation and have honestly been lazy about it. No excuses, I just lost the will for it right now. But....a lot of the changes I made, low point snacks, smaller portions, etc. have remained with me, so at least I'm doing better than I used to before my short time with WW. And I didn't gain all the weight back. I started at 205, got down to 190, and slowly went up to 193 and am holding steady. I'm trying to get motivated to start some sort of workout again, probably will start with my workout videos at home and when I feel I have a bit of stamina, will get back to karate classes. I quit going because it's honestly too hard for somebody not used to any exercise at all.
