Took the dog to the vet this morning, she got her drain tube pulled, just a little blood to squeeze out for the next few days :eek:

that's why I have Paul. I'm so glad this ordeal is over for her. She wore the cone of shame for 4 weeks and it turned her into a very sad dog :sad2:

Then, took the boy to the doctor, sinus infection. Gotta go to Walgreens and get his drugs. Hopefully next time the allergies kick up he/we will remind him to use his nose spray and avoid this drama. His next race is 7/18 I'm starting to get nervous/excited/anxious...

Well are we all tuning in for Michael Jackson at 1pm???? I'm NOT.

I've ordered pics from Molly's plays and I have to work in secret on an album for her bday (7/23) wish me luck and get-to-it-ness...it that a word???

EOM on message boards generally means END OF MESSAGE.

I heard on the radio that they are expecting about a quarter of a million people to be at Jackson's funeral. And there aren't going to be TV's or even loudspeakers for the crowd to see/listen in. So the organizers have no idea why people are coming.

As for watching, I got reports to get done here at work, so no I'm not tuning in. Although I did hear that CBC is going to stream it live over the internet.

Don't get me started. I have never seen such a fuss in my life. Not even Jonas Salk or Mother Theresa got this much of a fuss, and their work impacted the impoverished and cured polio.

Furthermore, I'm sorry he died and I'm sorry that he had challenges in life, but really, I think the mass hysteria is out of proportion with whom the entity was.

Not at all! I love being able to cuddle and snuggle my newest niece, but I don't want another one full time! Its nice to enjoy the baby, and then hand her back, and go home with my 2 girls :thumbsup2

These are from Saturday with Shaelyn and I in the new Kayak and Shannon and Kaleigh in the older one. We went out to a lake called Dragon Lake which is about 10 minutes from our house (within city limits).
