Hi shannon!!! :yay:

 Hi Michelle! One of these times, I'll actually stay on the computer and see your hello when you post it! :surfweb:

I got off Dis last night to put together yet another resume. I keep sending them out, and am trying different things on them. Its tough trying to get a chance to change careers, but eventually it will happen :goodvibes

I'm tired!

Hope you had a nap....

I want to knock my 2 grandson's heads together and their parents too for not doing it first!:headache:

it make me giggle.....I know that feeling...

This is from about a week and a half ago at a wonderful county park we have here called Hawk Island. It's free (just costs $2 for parking in the summer) and has a splash pad, small lake, paddle boats to rent, bike trails, a trail going around the lake through the woods, a really big playground, covered areas for big family picnics or parties or reunions, a separate area for dogs, and a two sledding hills in the winter with a warming building.

Holly

It remind me that keith only 5 years old and love running about just like that in Australia at Sea World... he spend it for aged... he was absolutely soaking and still running about.... I had to buy towel *** I didn't bring it... I think it is in video not sure but I have photo...

& Holly has found a new way to get the lawn mowed...:rotfl:

I was going to saying that....:lmao:

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: Maybe I should buy more of the noisy critters! :rotfl:

Just got back from the doctors. I have cellulitis again. This time it's internal, it didn't break the skin. But the doctor said that once you have cellulitis, it's recurring for the rest of your life. Oh great. He's putting me on antibiotics immediately. John is at the drug store now getting it filled. He said anytime my leg blows up, turns red and hurts....just call into the office and he'll send a script to my drugstore....no need to come in again. But expect to get it again, it's chronic. It's a good thing I went to the doctor. If I don't take the antibiotic....it could get into my blood and be fatal. Scary. I had no idea. Marilyn, thanks for the advice to see the doctor. I'm glad I did.

I feel so aweful....my doctor asked if I minded that he call his PA into the office to see my leg....for learning purposes. I said, fine. She came in and the doctor said to her, whenever you think you have seen a bad case of cellulitis, look at this leg and remember how bad this is. They should know that this is the best that my leg has been in two years.

I hate going to the doctor. There's always bad news.:confused3

Deb, I'm sorry it was bad news, but so glad you have got treatment.

You sound really down and it takes lot to get you down, so:hug:

oh, you poor baby! I am so sorry! You need to try putting yourself first for a while.....like a few years.....you are such a caring person, I think you think of others before yourself......and I am SO GLAD you went to the doctor, as much as you hate it.....this needs to be nipped in the bud BEFORE it becomes life threatening!

Love Ya! Connkie

:grouphug::grouphug:Hope the anti-biotics fix it up quick. I always try to find something positive out of any situation, and the best I've got for this one is: next time, you will recognize it early, and the doctor will get the prescription, so it will be squashed faster, and you won't have so much pain. Can you get a prescription for when you travel, so that you are ready if it starts to act up on a cruise? I'd hate to think of you stuck on a ship with it swollen up and they don't have the right antibiotic that works for you. That's scary that its a chronic thing. Hopefully in the future they'll find a super-duper antibiotic that will kick the nasty cellutitis germs all the way out!

Ohhh Deb.... Many of these...:hug::hug::hug::hug:

I think it was the right thing to do, to go to the Dr. At least you know what it is and how to take care of it. You are too special to start playing extra games with your health.

& take Shannon's advice... get an Rx for the ship - although Nan will INSIST that Rum kills all... :rotfl2:

Wow - this thread is slllllllloooooowwww today! Where is everyone?

I really don't have anything to state but wanted to make sure everyone knows I'm thinking of you/them. :lovestruc:laughing:

WE'RE EXCITED TOO! No, not packed. I never pack until the night before because I always need to do one last load of laundry because I'm usually wearing what I'm going to take. I have to mow Friday after work, and have a graduation open house to attend, and need to do laundry and pack afterwards. I usually don't sleep more than about 3 hours the night before travel because I'm too excited to sleep, so I might as well use that time productively! ;)

:cool1::cool1: You guys will have a blast, Holly :thumbsup2 I'm excited for you too!

Hi Mon!!!

Dr. says Allergies... My throat is disagreeing... :rolleyes1

I am working this coming Saturday, that'll will make 2 weeks with no opportunity to sleep in.

I offered to sub again one Saturday in July for the leader who is in chemo, as a result I found out that I'm also subbing for her at the end of June.

Thankfully, these are not all back-to-back weeks.

I guess that it mean's I'll just have more cocktail money in September!
