Well, 2 more days and I get a whole bunch of days of freedom! Tyler's dad gets him for Memorial Day this year, so I told him he's welcome to just have Tyler stay straight through the weekend until Monday evening. Sure, I'll miss him, but I'm really looking forward to this very rare long stretch of free days!

Good for you Holly! You deserve to just do whatever you want for a few days!

Oh dear

just back from sick children hospital

Olivia was so grumpy all day and her left eye all red and swollen... then I noticed it still water running all day and I knew it as I had it before mean eye scratched...

I phoned the doctor and had to taken her to kids sick hospital and yes it was scratch near her eyeball!!! They gave her eye drop and dye her eye to see if any scratch right enough... oohh it is very painful and now she is sleeping at it was 10 pm tonight...

OH, DEB! Don't feel guilty....you have done your best....sometimes it's hard to know when something happens.....if his feet had been that terrible when he was a little child, his pediatrician would have noticed...

my hubbie, Chuck, has very flat feet, too. So does Patrick. And I think part of Patrick's bad feet are from his CP and part from just plain old flat feet from his dad!

Yes,I know I cannot help it and I told my father in law that I should notice it before or doctor should let me know?? how strange... Keith cannot stand with feet together and he always stand with wide feet ...

Well, my vacation is over.

I arrived home on Monday and learned my son has lost his job,everyone working for his company in his town has been laid off, there have already been many employees laid off in other areas of the province, so he is not likely to be called back anytime soon.

My dad has broken his nose My parents just arrived yesterday in PEI at their cottage for the summer. My dad was climbing the fence (he's only 75 ) and fell and hit his nose...hard!! It needs to be fixed, but they have to wait for the swelling to go down. He will probably get it "fixed" on Monday.

I am getting audited at work tomorrow It's a company audit, not government, so shouldn't be too bad...I hope
