Well, I'm headed to bed. My stomach did not appreciate the philly steak panini I microwaved for supper. Need to go lay down I think. Goodnight all! :cloud9:

Thanks for the wishes! So two votes for a girl? My son's (Aidan - K-grade) class had a vote going on. It was 8 for girl, 5 for boy....

I remember seeing that cane decorated on the cruise - it was really cute.

Oh my gosh, this is the 2nd night in a row that we have a frost warning. It was in the 30s overnight last night and will be the same tonight. That's just crazy when June is almost here! It's that schizophrenic weather again. :rotfl2:

So, a little news. Finally got baby #5 on the way! Due the first of October. I'll wait to post the gender to give you all some anticipation on that one....any guesses???

Hope everyone had a great Mother's day and wonderful time remembering our sail away. I can picture it all and so wish we were sailing away from Castaway Cay right now!

:grouphug:
Lisa

LISA.....so good to hear from you. And what great news. I say a beautiful girl.

I did think about you on mothers day. Mothers day night at RBD was one of the best of the trips.

Gretchen and I went to the Westfield High School Baseball game tonight. 2nd inning, the skies opened up and it poured. The temp went from 61 to 39 on my drive home in the pouring rain.

Tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful though!!

Ok, so that is 4 votes to zero. Always knew you all were a smart bunch of pirates! Yes, a girl and I have no idea how THAT happened! I was very prepared for a boy. I have no place to put a girl! Guess we will figure it out....at my age, two arms, two legs and all healthy organs was our main goal - and continues to be. It is amazing how you can worry about all the things that could be...

Glad to see you aren't in bed yet! Frost warning...I think it was about 80 today here.;) You need to come out west for a week-end!

4 to 0! Glad you popped in! Yes, Mother's Day was just the best ever last year....yesterday was a bit of a let down. I don't think I will ever have such a fun one again!

OK!!!!!

I pm'd Michelle, Gydell and Marilyn........
But for anyone else who is around,,,,,I am thinking of anytime after 6pm, so that MAYBE it will be a little cooler in the late afternoon, and if we are lucky, we'll be able to sit out by the pool!!!!

CONNIE

Thanks Connie!! Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Thanks Ian. :goodvibes It was the first time I've had to use those weekly points, so it was a learning experience for me.

AND....today's weigh-in: 2 more pounds, making 6 total so far! That's the quickest and easiest 6 pounds ever! :woohoo:

Woohoo, well done.:thumbsup2

For some reason I can find no pictures from our first sea day so I will substitute pictures from my very first time on the ship ...

So much fun to see the video and everyone's photos! Brings back such wonderful memories.

Hi everybody! Sorry I didn't make it on to our thread last night. I had a nice and busy weekend. Here's a long summary of my good day.
I took the girls to my mom's in Prince George (next town north where Ken works). I stopped a picked her up some flowers, red licorice, herbal tea and a card on the way. The card very simple - on the front is had a picture of a little girl and an ape in pink tutus and on the inside it said "Happy Mother's Day from me and my sister" so I signed my and my sister's names and Mom had a chuckle. I told her my sister was the ape :lmao:
Ken made it over at 10:30 just as the girls were falling asleep and they didn't know he was coming so they were HAPPY to see their dad.
Mother's Day morning, I got to sleep in, then Ken left to work on the campaign, and I got up to some happy girls who proudly gave me the gifts they made me. Then I ate a yummy breakfast that the girls helped my mom make. Then we went and did a couple errands and met Ken for lunch. Then home to finish assembling dressers while watching High School Musical with my girls.

All in all a nice Mother's Day weekend, but not the same as last years. Here's a pic from last year:

And here's a picture of Ken at the first deck party:

And another from day 1 - Donald was dancing with Kaleigh. I love this pic of Kaleigh spinning!

Hello to everyone! I sure miss you all and enjoyed reading about 15 pages to catch up. My eldest is bugging me to go do something and so can't stay on too long. Quentin has been working a lot, and between his job & mine & the kids with their activities, I find it really challenging to get online for fun. I am still booked for the EB TA but not sure if we will do that one. I really would like to do the Wonder EB PC cruise in 2011...

Will try to post some photos tomorrow morning. Jackie and I fly home tomorrow @ 5 p.m. Got to get to bed now. This facebook thing has worn me out!:lmao:

Posting some more pictures (Ken's not around to do it, so I'll share his pictures for him!)

I remember seeing you guys that first day during sail away and trying connect DIS names and real names. It seems like yesterday doesn't it??
Oh Lisa, Congratulations!! How exciting! :cool1:
Thank you! It is starting to feel much more real...feeling her move and all. Although sometimes I wonder if they will discharge me from labor and delivery and send me straight to the nut house!

Lisa:

Such great news:thumbsup2 I hope for you an uneventful pregnancy and oh what joy a little girl. I know you are going to love having a daughter princess:. My advice (for the .02 that it's worth) is dress her in dresses all the time and even the fancy ones. They grow up way too fast and out grow all that adorable little baby girl stuff. I was always waiting to have Molly wear hers for a special occasion. Sometimes outfits waited in her closet and were never worn :sad2:

I'd love to see you and share a coffee or a snack sometime:flower3: Let me know if you have call to be down here and I'll do the same for you if I'm headed up there.

New topic....

Please keep my mom in prayers and pixie dust. She had her cataract surgery today and she had a terrible reaction due to her glacoma and had to go back to the doctor to have the pressure relieved from her eye. Scared my sister pretty badly, mom was vomitting, delirious and almost passed out. I had to run out of the house before Paul was home from work (leaving the kids) to calm my sister. To top it off my sisters and I are fighting. The older two just don't care for mom the way us younger two do and it gets very irritating  Thanks for listening to the vent :guilty:
