It's been a busy afternoon, since we got home from the Smart Party and shopping:

- I've upgraded our iBook to Leopard
- I took a walk (about 1.5 miles) to the hardware store only find they didn't have what I wanted
- We went to Lowes and came back with what I did want.
- I bought our annual passes for WDW

- I'm printing off beaucoup paper of all of our reservations and vouchers for WDW

Now, on this point, I realized that there is stuff I need to get done this weekend, because next weekend we are going to be nuts trying to get the house clean for Cheri. Company coming in to town and lunch out. Packing for our trip, because we won't have time once Cheri gets here. Shopping for provisions for Cheri, so that her stay at Eastwood Manor is comfy.

My day tomorrow is going to be very busy because I am going to do the unthinkable ... I'm going to tidy up all of the electrical cords in my office. I have cords plugged for things that no longer even exist!

Ok time to get caught up on my photoshops (just to spite Ian).

I believe that gets me all caught up on the requests ...

Is everyone on facebook?

We got a new BBQ. We are having ribs. We also go a wii fit. They said Jon was 33 so basically I know it is only about balance. They also said Brooke was over weight. She is 62 and she is 4'3. I don't know but she is normal to me. They said Ethan was normal and everyone tells me he is too skinny, including the doctor. I think it must be made in China where everyone is 50 pounds :lmao:

Hi Gaylean!

WiiFit age is all about balance. I've been anywhere from 21 to 55.
Ethan is skinny, but not too skinny, and Brooke is great just as she is. My girls haven't done themselves on WiiFit yet. I don't trust it for kids weights.

Sure wish I had a Disney Cruise booked so I had need of a magnet. Sigh... I am going on a cruise and I'm trying to be excited about it. A couple of girlfriends and I always go out to dinner for each other's birthdays every year. Last year we decided that instead of going out to a nice dinner 3x per year, we would go away for a weekend once per year.

So we finally nailed down a weekend and started to research options for locations. We discovered we could do a 3-day Carnival cruise for $200 each. We figured we could hardly do a hotel and meals for that, so we booked it.

I'm sure it will be fun because I'm with my two best girlfriends in the whole world, BUT...I've only ever been on the Magic before and I KNOW I'm going to be disappointed!

How ungrateful is that? Here I get to have a nice weekend away on a cruise ship with great friends and I'm whining because it's not DCL! Geez!

I'm all caught up reading the thread and this is a busy place :cool1:

So far I'm enjoying WW and its making me think more about what I'm eating. I weighed in yesterday and had lost 7.1lbs :cool1: I know the first week is usually the biggest loss, so I'm not expecting as big a number next week; but it definitely felt good. That's the lowest weight I've recorded in the WiiFit since we bought it last July. Just had to share my happy news. Now to stick with it!

You could still put a magnet on your door on the Carnival cruise. You'll still have fun.:goodvibes

How much alcohol did you have when you were 55 :lmao::lmao::lmao: I was 40 when I did it my sister's house. I haven't done it yet on ours.

I want to do one with a few of our friends this year. It is cheap and I figure with 20 of your closest friends you really can't go wrong :confused3

That was without alcohol! :scared1: It was the first time we did it. Now I do it once every couple weeks, just for a laugh!

I always lose a lot at first, too. I feel great the first couple of weeks and then cry a lot the third :lmao: You can do it. The great thing about WW is that you will forever think about what you eat, even when you are taking a break or not doing it for a while. I haven't eaten cheese cake since I started the first time and I don't mind.

Great job Shannon. I see a new clippie in your siggie soon.;)

So we went and bought a BBQ and Ethan just walked outside and said OMG we got a new BBQ. Boys are oblivious :lmao:

I'll report mine later. I have to go to the store. Jon's brother just dropped off his daughter for the night and didn't bring an Easter basket

That's excellent! WW is designed to produce a weight loss of up to 2 lbs a week. I myself believe that the journey is very important. As I always tell members, it's a journey not a race.

I think the important part of the journey is the education and the opportunity to reform habits.
