I woke up and and was really tired.

Our bedroom is in the front part of the basement. The back part is where the boilers for the two units are and the washing & dryer and storage lockers.

There is a problem with our boiler. The electronic starter has started buzzing loudly like an old fashioned electric alarm clock. It is so loud that you can hear it on the first floor (main floor for Marilyn) even with the TV on. As a matter of fact it sort of drowns out the TV.

We had the part replaced in the fall, but the new part was faulty and started acting up. I did so with a vengeance this past weekend. It was woke me up 2 to 3 times on Saturday and again last night.

I was so tired this morning that I'm surprised I caught my normal bus.

Oh that is sooooo annoying. It would sound so much louder at night too.

I had my heating guy in today, and the part was replaced. I'm looking forward to an in interrupted night's sleep!

I hope you have a good night's sleep too.

I must have missed that you were sick. I was too. I hope you are feeling better.

Still under the weather here, but nothing serious. sorry you have been ill too.

I figured I was the last to hear....I'm always out of touch! LOL

I am good. no complaints....just hanging in living day by day! no changes in either direction so that is good.

Thought I would drop in and say hi to everyone. Doug has been lurking and has been keeping me up on anything important that has been going on. I had a really bad relapse of my depression but we think we have made a major break through and I am now very much on the mend. So much so that I am interested in getting on the boards again. For awhile I didn't even want to get on the computer.

I was glad to see so many familiar names when I went on the new thread for the 2011 PC Cruise. And then the wonderful PM from Bubba inviting me to stop back in here made me feel really good.

About the most exciting news from here is that Mickey is getting a little sister in a week or two. We are naming her Tinker Bell and calling her either Tink or Belle (not sure yet). Here is a picture of her and one of Mickey now:

WELL....I was offered a new position in another dept today! I intervied three weeks ago today and I was finally notified this afternoon! Can't write about it on Facebook yet, but I am soooo excited!!

Great news, congratulations!!

OK, I know nobody probably cares to watch a video clip, but it's only like a minute. I only had to record it because it's Tyler's favorite weapon that they use in class, the bo staff. He was about to quit classes until one of the instructors invited him to join the class that uses this weapon. So his motivation has been restored because he gets to do the XMA classes (extreme martial arts). Click to play.

V... there is someone over on the main cruise thread who knows how to search out the cruises in advance. Also there were people who were on the Wonder when they announced it and they said it should be right after the close for the year which is end of January... thats when they expect the new ship to arrive.

It's AndrewDerekUK - he's the one who found out about Europe before everyone else...He also found out that the Wonder is signed on for 30 weeks out of LA and then will do LAto Mexico alternating with Alaska. No Hawaii for a while - Maritime rules - something about if the ship goes out of only one country and doesn't stop in another then it has to have an all american crew and that gets really expensive...

So, we can say it will be a year in February!!! No time at all.

It went very well. I got very high marks and was descibed as, "motivating, engaging, inspiring and charming. "

Seems to be going well. I had expected to find out that I wasn't eating as well as I thought I was. I like how easy it is to track everything. I ended up meeting Ken for lunch yesterday at Subway, so I went online and figured out what I wanted to have and how many points, and realized that the bacon and the fancy bread weren't worth the extra points to me. But I like knowing that I can mix it up, and use the flex points if needed. Yesterday was the first day that I came in under my daily points, so I'm starting to get the hang of the zero point foods.

And your trainer summed you up perfectly. You are very good at "motivating, engaging, inspiring and charming".
