Sounds great Connie. Have fun :dance3:

And crap on surivior tonight, it's that dumb 15 day review. I don't need a review, I've watched it from the beginning, just give me new stuff

I received email from Westgate resorts that they offered me to book until Sept 2011 and offer me two bedroom apartment for Las Vegas so I am thinking about it and I leave it until after New York... then I decide to talk to my friend about it....

I want to go to Las Vegas!!!!

Great news! You're going to have a wonderful time! When do you go?

Mike's birthday is April 7, and we are flying up there on April 7 and flying home on April 11. I work on Easter Sunday, April 12. But we will celebrate while we are together!!!!:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

It's the 75th anniversary for the Great Smokie Mounntain National Park this year, so we are going to take Patrick to Dollywood! We went there about 20 years ago, and Patrick loved it.....and we loved the Smokie Mountains......so, that's our plan for the summer vacation. I hope it all works out.....

wasappening, eh?

Sorry folks, haven't been on for awhile. Busy driving home.

We got in to our house at 1:30am on Wednesday. It was a long drive (and expensive) home. Stopped at a bunch of Outlet stores along the way.

Came in to work today at about noon and was greeted with a mess load of work. I have only put in a half day and I think I already need another vacation....

Can the weekend come soon enough?

I am at the campaign office right now (yep jumped back into that too today). so I haven't got caught up nor have I unloaded any pics as of yet. So those may have to wait a bit longer. sorry ... But they will be coming. Perhaps this weekend.

I hope everyone is doing well as I am still stuck on page 49 but thought I should update everyone on our whereabouts before "y'all" called the mounties out looking for us.

It's aboot time you got home hoser, eh! And like I'd ever call that bucked tooth arm flappin guy! Welcome home eh! And you'll have to esplain the wasapenning eh to all the rest of our homies ehh!:rotfl2:

Ohhh man... you guys are startin to sound like a bunch of hicks... (I apologize to anyone of that persuasion...) (and Bubba and Ken apologize for sounding like them...)

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo: That sounds GREAT!!!

I usually say "bye for now" or thank you, good bye, depending on who I am talking to........

Oh, BTW!!! We have a caregiver coming over here to stay with Patrick while Chuck and I go to Raglan Road to use our dinner winnings from St.Patrick's Day....and WE ARE NOT TELLING PATRICK WHERE WE ARE GOING!!!!!!!!!!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

Now she's really celebrating... have a pint for me Connie!!! :yay::yay:

I finally got onto here. I'll have to go back and get caught up from the trip. It was an excellent vacation including a fantastic dis-meet (thanks to Gaylean for picking a fun location :thumbsup2). Of course, I came home with a cold. We got in late last night, and it was 3am when we got to bed. Then I was silly and didn't think to take some nyquil until 4:45, so kept waking myself up by coughing. After I took nyquil I slept great for a few hours. Woke up to say goodbye to Ken (he left me to go to work already - first real night home and he's gone :sad2:). The girls and I had a quiet day. Went and bought groceries, had a nap, got the girls into showers/baths so they are all squeaky clean for back to daycare/school tomorrow, signed up to continue the biggest loser challenge (thanks for the update from Venetia last Saturday) and now popping on here before heading to bed.

Hi All....it's a great night for TV....Survivor, Idol and Lost....what a combination in one night. I'll be recording.

It was not such a good day today....tummy problems back again. Spent all day on the throne and eating immodium. Yummy!

Got some good news yesterday. Ray was approved to receive VA pension benefits. Next step is in process.....he needs an appointed fiduciary to receive and disburse funds for him. They won't accept my POA. They have to schedule a meeting where they will investigate me to see if I am suitable. Jeeze! Just look at my bank statements and you'll see that I won't be stealing his money. So I sent in my letter requesting a meeting. We'll see how much longer it will take to actually receive the funds. At least we're still moving in the right direction and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Sorry about the tummy problems again Deb. Hope that has settled today.

Good news about Ray's pension. Hope all goes well in the working out now.

What a drag to come home with a cold. I hope you're feeling better.

You'll have a great time!

On one of my visits to my stepbrother, the whole family went to Dollywood. After about 2 hours I wanted to cram something in my ears to stop hearing her singing everywhere we went! :rotfl:

What about Las Vegas? Have you been there?

How far from you? Do you have to flight or drive there?

Yes, my mom took me to Vegas in 1983 and we stayed at Circus Circus! :goodvibes And I went again with 2 of my stepbrothers in August 2005. I fly there and I think it was 3 or 4 hours flight.

Great news about Ray's VA pension! :yay: Hopefully the process won't take too long.

Do Survivor and Lost come on at the same time?

Thanks Holly. Yes, hopefully it won't take too long. I'm still writing checks for him every month so the sooner the better.

By now you know that Survivor was a wash and Lost was awesome. I always wondered how Sayid managed to get on that flight in handcuffs.

With last night's ending.....now what's going to happen? Does that change everything??? I would think that it does. Hummmmmm.
