Can anyone tell me if you have used Kroger for grocery delivery to Disney hotels? Thanks

We have used it our previous 3 trips. No problems at all. Same prices as our home Kroger. They deliver it to bell services.

It is a great option… however do remember that if you have an issue regarding your delivery, you can’t go to a Kroger store for assistance as Florida, in the brick and mortar sense, is Kroger-free.

We ave used Kroger 4 or 5 times now and will continue to.
We have had items left off, and wrong items sent but overall it is great and less expensive than other places.

We have used Amazon too. They are good, but limited

We have not but we did use Walmart and it was good service. Very easy except because we are from Canada we could not use Canadian credit card. Used PayPal and that was easy.

I tried using Kroger in August at Fort Wilderness and for some reason it kept cancelling my order. Even the Kroger customer service person couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

I ended up using Walmart. I opened a trial Walmart+ account for free to get free delivery and cancelled it after my trip. Had no problem and it cost about the same as Kroger would have.

I'm so glad to read all these experiences. We're going in 9 days and still deciding on who to use for grocery delivery. We've got it down to Walmart or Kroger-since we occasionally shop at Walmart for groceries but the nearest Kroger is over 300 miles away, we're leaning towards Walmart, especially if we can get a free trial.

I have used Kroger 3 times. I liked them because I was able to use coupons available in the app. I signed up for the free Boost trial. Not sure if that was the reason I received 2 $25 off coupons. I used one on my May order at Fort Wilderness (which was actually left at wilderness Lodge) And the other for my July delivery at the Polynesian Tower. I also had an order delivered to Bay Lake Tower on August 30. That one included some beer for my brother, and if you order alcohol, you need to be there at time of delivery to show your license. I usually make sure I put my name and resort name on second address line.

I have used Walmart+ 3 times at Riviera and it was problematic, to put it mildly. Let’s just say the bell services folks got involved after seeing me waiting so long. I could see that my driver was sitting over at Caribbean Beach versus coming to Riviera. When I tried to message them via the app, it just wasn’t working out. One of the Bell services folks ended up calling and speaking to the delivery driver. Another time I was waiting outside for them, and the driver never arrived. Yet my order was canceled because the driver said she was unable to deliver.

That’s why I switched to using Kroger.

Many years ago used Gardengrocer. My kids use instacart all the time. I am debating now if I should put a small order for next month/if it's worth it. Just need a 24 pk of water and sunscreen. I can always add milk and cereal - just worried since the 24 pk of water is not available at the resort shops. (at BCV Marketplace).

Had not thought of Kroger. I need to check the sites if there is a minimum to order and if worth it.
