If we cancel the Cruise for Baltic (well I hope not)

Are we losing the deposit?

or

we transfer to another dates?

I would be appreciate if anyone tell me what DCL rules?

Scottishwee35

Deborah, we cancelled our Baltic cruise and just transferred the booking to another one. This was with Dreams Unlimited. No problem at all.

If you just cancel you will get your deposit back unless you have a suite booked and before full payment date.

Well, it's better than not winning anything! :thumbsup2 I always say I'm going to buy a lottery ticket, but NEVER remember to do so! :rotfl:

I didn't know that you cancelled the Baltic Marilyn. There seems to be a lot of that going on these days. It's so sad.

Deborah, my booking was with Dreams Unlimited also. When I cancelled the Western today I asked them to move the deposit over to the Eastern. There was no problem with mine either.

Okay, thanks Marilyn

Oh they cancel it few months ago....

Okay, we are thinking about it and decide what to do ....

120 months - that before December....

I am off to work now

Ian, my co-worker just told me today that there's a Lego Land in Chicago! Is this true? I've been wanting to take a Monday off work and take Tyler on Amtrak to Chicago (leaving Saturday afternoon if Amtrak's schedule works out for us) and take him to the Natural History Museum. He'd love it! I remember my mom taking me there often when I was a kid, as well as the Museum of Science and Industry, and many other places there. We went pretty often! :thumbsup2

Here's a picture of when we suprised the kids from school one day and went to Disneyland (oops not the right picture, I see from the date...sorry, but still cute 'eh)

Good memories....we drove for about an hour and then pulled out our ears....they caught on pretty soon.

Ken & Shannon and the girls have a great trip

Hi Nan....this is a great, great picture!
:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

That is a wonderful picture Nan - love it!!!

You have short hair too, if that is you?

Yep 365 days of the year. You do know that we never take our snow tires off except to replace the studs. We ONLY sell -40 antifreeze up here too. :) Open-toed sandals up here are called "SNOWSHOES".

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I think I have a reputation on here ....

Jsut watching sportscentre and then it will be sleepy time for me too.

It was a busy day at "work" today. Had a government meeting for my actual day job this morning (file review for our contract). Then it was off to the campaign office to get computers (10 new Dell laptops) set up and ready for the phone canvassing this evening.

Trained another 8 ppl today for the phone canvassing on the campaign. It was hit or miss with a few of them. I don't understand why ppl volunteer to phone when they don't want to do the phoning?? Had a couple of those tonight and I'm not sure how accurate the data they calculated really is. Both seem like they would be great at data entry or something else but not phoning. But that's what they signed up for tonight. :confused3

I'll have to analyze the data tomorrow and figure it all out.

I hated doing calls... but I had a crush on a cute politician... and the rest is history... the politics... not the guy...

Well, there we go. All caught up.

Took the van in today to get a check up $110. Told me it needs a tune up for $282. Apparently we've still got the original fuel filter in the van - afte 137,000kms (85,127.85) so I guess it was due.

Then we found out we need new breaks. Originally we were quoted $55 for those, but then when they went to fix those it was apparently worse than they thought so it is now upwards of another $300.

This trip is getting more and more expensive and we haven't even left yet.

So... it would have been cheaper to fly...

But... the family is precious.. so take care of it all!!!

Well, I guess I should sign off.

Which means it is my responsibility to say to Deborah and Marilyn:

(that was correct, right Michelle?)
