Shannon just discovered this is in a complex with Outlet shopping. We'll be bringing the minivan now for sure.

Only good news is she is checking out Frederick's of Hollywood online, which apparently has a store there!!

What a great place! If I'm shopping at Frederick's, Ken will be happy and agree to be the designated driver so I get to taste a few drinks and buy a bit of stuff.

now that Ken's had time to take the huge pile of clean clothes off the bed, I can head off to bed too. Morning will come a little too early. Its off to the pool tomorrow for the kids last swimming lesson of this batch. Might sign them up for the next one starting in a couple weeks. They really enjoy it.

We're branching out and giving Universal a try today - we haven't been there since IOA and Citiwalk were built so it's been a while.


And Watchmen was great! Not a typical superhero movie. This shows not only are they human (all but the blue guy) but are dysfunctional too. It is almost 3 hours long though. Oh and we saw it in IMAX.

Hi everybody . . .

I know I have been gone for quite a while. Many of you heard about my brother, and I thought I would share this article that was in our local paper today.

He was elected to the Ohio Speech Coach Hall of fame, and we went to the ceremony today in Cincinnati. While he is still very weak, and walking with a cane, it is still a miracle that he is still with us.

Not a whole lot more to update. Work is still a tough, Amy and I got Kindles when the new one came out as an Anniversary gift (a bit early), and Sophia is at a slumber party tonight so I had some time to sit and surf.

I hope you are all well, and that this awful economy has not burdened you too much. I sure miss talking to everyone, but it seems that life is so busy now, I barely have time to think anymore.

Apparently a lot of chatter overnight, but apparently no one has the moxie to be up with the larks this morning.

I miss Marilyn. She was the only one around on Saturday morning when I was. And today I woke up very late. I got out of bed at 7AM!

Sort of a poopy weekend. I have only today to myself.

Tomorrow morning I have my usual WW meetings, but then I have to be back at 7PM for a special 2 hour training class on a new initiative that is being launched. It's mandatory training for all meeting leaders who work at the center, and tomorrow is the only session that fits my schedule.

The WW center I work at is one of the early adopters for the initiative. It's BIG deal. Then later the initiative will roll out nationwide.


So that sort of kills Sunday for me. I get back home at 1PM and then have to leave again by about 6:30PM.

I'm up & moving cuz I have to be...not a lazy morning today. Middleton Pest Control is coming in about 45min to do my annual house treatments for termites & bugs (to keep them away, not to invite them in).

Once they're gone (should be about 11am) I'll head over to the bank & post office.
