Looks like Gaylean, Ian and Monica have all been having fun!

It is raining so hard :sad2: Brooke split the only pants she will wear :sad2: Why did my mom wish a horrible kid on me? I will never do that to Brooke. My mom said to me that she wished I had a horrible child just like me and I tell Brooke that I wish she never has to deal with a horrible child like her ;) It's a little better, right????? It takes so long in the morning now and I can't handle it now that I actually have to get dressed myself :scared:

I highly recommend making kids pick out their clothes the night before. Our mornings go much smoother when the kids aren't taking forever deciding what to do.

She agrees in the night and then says it hurts in the morning. I think she does it because a lot of time the weather changes and she can actually wear capris or dresses. She hates pants :sad2:

Jon's mom says he was the same way. He still hates a lot of clothes. Can people really be that sensitive?

what's different between her capris and her pants? (beside the obvious leg length) Some kids really don't like the heavy denim type material, but are fine with stretchy denim or with elastic waists, or a velvety stryetchy material.

Ken's youngest sister wouldn't wear jeans until about grade 4. Until then everything was stretchy elastic waist pants.

Good luck with Brooke, she'll either change as she gets older, or you just won't have to worry about it when she's 16. ;)

She likes most leggings but I have bought her a few that she says hurt. She won't wear jeans in any length but she has worn jean skirts. She had a pair (the brown owns you probably see all the time) and she likes them for some reason. They are heavy. They have two layers. She pulls them up all the time because they don't fit her. She also HAS to wear everything under her stomach so they sag. She only likes skirts or dresses.

Give her what shes supposed to wear and thats that. Other wise she goes in her pj's.

She would do that though  She cried the other day when I had her put on leggings that had sparklies on them :sad2: I bought them because they were sparkly :confused3

She would until the other kids made fun of her!

The other thing is that I'm a matcher and she wants to wear things that don't match and I think it looks bad on me. She also says she wants to wear the same thing everyday but when I've let her she doesn't like things after awhile. She is just really hard to shop for. When she gets home from school she puts on the same thing. It is weird. Jon says I should be happy that she fights about these things but I wonder if this is the beginning of something bad. My mom said my sister wouldn't wear anything but dresses and now she won't wear them and hates it.

Well, I feel for ya my dear, I truly do. But I'm the last person to give you advice. H ell, my own daughter wont even be my "friend"!
