Yeah, whatever! Gotta remember, I'm almost 40, older than you think! I remember very clearly how sad I was when Elvis died. The day I heard the news, I remember drawing a picture of him in one of his white glittery outfits. I need to ask my mom what happened to that picture. Probably in the trash many many years ago, but I remember it well!

Here's a couple pics from Shaelyn's crazy hair day. She's happy that she got 3rd prize in the school. They picked 2 kids from each class to go to the office for judging and she got 3rd prize. It was a notepad and a pushpop. She lost the notepad before the end of the school day.

Here's a picture of her this morning with the pink streaks. They seem a lot more noticeable in real life than they do in the picture. If/when we do this again, I'll leave the dye in longer. The daycare staff noticed the pink right away, so the picture doesn't do it justice.

And here's one of it gone crazy!

Now I need to go back and read what I missed today!

So, you all packed and ready to go???? And I didn't know it was a secret!

I've started thinking about packing. Does that count? I bought new toothbrushes, toothpaste and panties for the girls. Its much easier to hide packing, if I just start new with some of it, and those things are needed anyway.

I think you should be posting tweets every 3 seconds on the status of your packing.

That won't happen. He's taking the kids away on Sunday for a bit, so I can raid their dressers and pack them up. Anything they can't find after that will officially be "in the laundry". I can be sneaky sometimes.

OK, have you ever looked at something quickly and then had to do a retake, because you couldn't believe what you saw, or heard? Then, looking again, you realized how your brain had incorrectly processed the information?

This happened to me last night.

I was on the DVC Member site looking under the member perks section. I was looking for the link to buy our discounted WDW annual passes.

I realized I had not been on for some time and decided to peruse the benefits.

Now here's where the rather funny and odd misprocessing of information comes in:

I quickly thought, "Oh, no! Don't tell me they have Disney themed funerals!" It appeared to me like a solemn Mickey, head bowed, bunch of flowers.

I looked at it again and realized it said, "The Disney Floral Experience."

So... mom and I had a very interesting discussion over lunch today...

It was about my traveling in the future with my friends...

She told me that she'll travel through the end of the year with me and then she'll have had enough and I can go off with my friends...

I told her she didn't understand... If she was healthy and I didn't show up with her on the EB next April.. that there was a good chance You'd all throw me off the ship before it left Port Canaveral.... (and Sukie would be crushed without her...)

Then I told her to knock it off and eat her chicken salad...

Sure, I haven't even met her yet, and she's going to quit travelling

Imagine if you could be creamated and placed under your name brick like the one that Ken and Shannon have. Imagine if your ashes get to be carried in the parade before being placed into your permanent spot.

They'd make a fortune on that. And they only guarantee the bricks will be left in place for a set number of years. So every so many years they could replace everybody and make another fortune (funny but ewwww!)

I didn't meet lots of people on the ship. Being in late dining we missed quite a few people. I should have gotten up early to do some of the morning Dis events. Oh well, live and learn.
