We get a raise every year, but it's not based on performance, only for being there another year. It's not based on working hard either because everybody gets the same amount.

Jon's raises and bonuses are based on his performance evaluations and how many years he has been there. Plus they get gift cards when they are there 5 years, 10 years, 15 years and so on. Plus their vacations days go up depending how long they have been there. Mine was the same when I worked full time. I don't know how it will be with this job.

:thumbsup2 I wasn't worried.

Good day my fellow thieves.
Ok Gay I'm checking in with this weeks WI.

Just back from my WW meeting and am proud to say I was only up .2 lbs. that's after a weekend spent partying with the Neville's. And that 2 tenths was so way worth it. I think it was only a small gain, cause I made sure I got my lunch time walk in every day and drank well above the 6 glasses of water a day. I also made sure that I tracked everyday after the weekend. I just love WW.

I am actually afraid to weigh in tomorrow!:crazy2:

It has been such a STRESSFUL week!! I am so mad at myself!!!:mad::mad:

It's been so UP and DOWN with my mom! First I think everything is AOK, then the bottom falls out and she's crying and upset over something I did or DIDN"T do, or something I "took over" for,or spoke instead of her, or took over the converstation.....

Then I find out she didn't do ANY arrangements for elec., phone, newspaper, etc ahead of time (like 2 weeks ago) so I have to handle it today.

Then, she can't go out or do anything until 11am, then she needs to come home for lunch and a glass of wine, then off to try to do something else, but by 4 she's too tired to do anything anymore, so home again for afternoon cocktails....then the whole evening is shot.

Oh, thanks for letting me VENT (AGAIN) I have said "sorry" to her so many times this week!

I think she and I need to go to family therapy as soon as we can find a therapist! What a great time I chose to go off of my anti-depressives.......

It's hard when you have a stressful week. I was worried too. I was just unprepared because I had two calls early in the morning to work and I didn't have anything to take for lunch. One day I didn't even have time for breakfast so when I got to lunch I was starving. Plus I was in a strange place so I felt stupid getting up and getting water all the time so I I didn't get all my water in those days. I did lose a pound and I am super happy about that. I know I went over my points 2 days for sure. How did you end up doing? I'm sure it wasn't as bad as you thought.

I was just hoping to maintain this week so I think we both did great. Remember it was your birthday and not mine  I'll probably gain five on my birthday ;)

It was great I saw it last week. Tomorrow I'm going to see Defiance at 10:30am, it better be good for me to get out that early :rotfl2:

We had tacos for dinner tonight.

Last night was the pulled pork sandwhiches

the night before was a roast with potatoes and carrots

oh my I really do know how to cook...my husband must be suprised

I can't wait until Saturday...we are going to the Kinsman Kart Club dinner and Willie will get his 2nd place trophy, it will be taller than he is most likely.

Paul also told me that he is taking Willie to the IKF dinner at the end of Feb where is will get his 2nd place IKF award.

A good month for Willie :thumbsup2

Good for Willie :thumbsup2 Are you guys having a dinner/party for Boy Scout's 99th year anniversary?

Uggg, I am so upset. So I planned to go tubing on the 7th. There are a bunch of people but I wanted to drive up seperatly and stay for longer. I was off and Matt was not on call. Until today, one of the other guys also had plans and switched their on call weeks. He has been sick so missed his week and has plans the same weekend we have plans. So now Matt is off this weekend and I have to work and when I am off and we have plans he is on call. We are still going as I will not cancel on the others but now it will just be more complicated. I know it will be ok but I needed to vent.

Sorry to hear this. I'm sure it will be fun even if it is complicated.

Daniel went though his entire senior year in High School and he never wore a shirt that cost any money. That was his goal. He would give Blood and get free shirts...he would do mission work and get free tee shirts....he worked with Youth and got free shirts.....he even wore his Chick Fil A shirt when he was supposed to dress up for something.....:rotfl: :rotfl:

Now my girls are not like this at all.....but Annie works and buys all of her own clothes. She told me the other day that she will never pay more than $5 for a shirt....so I guess I have taught her something!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:lmao: I couldn't get Jon to stop wearing San Manuel clothes when we first got together. I mean he had jackets, hats, t-shirts, polos and anything else you can think of. He wore them everywhere. They still give them to him but he doesn't wear them a lot anymore. He was proud I guess.

We had to quit giving our kids allowences, I got too far in debt to them and could not get myself out! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Now, I just have then get a job at 14.....Annie works 4-7 2 nights a week and she gets an $80 paycheck every other week...She is too cheap to spend it, so her savings account is growing!!

I've taught them that they need to save enough for the thing they want but we haven't gotten to the saving just to have money thing yet. Why would you want stupid money when you can have a new toy :lmao:

I think some kids like to be antiestablishment! My son, Mike, wouldn't buy 'designer' label clothes even if he had the money......I often think he'll be sitting in his law office, writing briefs in his Disney Cast Connection outlet shirt or his old Transatlantic shirt! He wears this ancient zip up the front sweater around the house and it has holes in it. I am glad he says he won't wear it anywhere else......

He was always this way.....I sure hope he finds a girlfriend with the same values.....he'd have a fit if she made him dress "stylish"!!!!!:clown::clown::clown::clown::clown:

This is most guys I know and they all seem to get married. Jon used to tell his mom when he was a teen that he would NEVER wear a suit and guess what he wears everyday now ;)

Well, remember what I had for lunch. By no means was it a healthy choice, but it was so good and my favorite. Did I drink more then you did? And I still have some of you birthday gift to me left.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: I will admit to having a couple of pieces:upsidedow

:cheer2: :cheer2: Well done on you loss. :cheer2: :cheer2:

I am so worn out this week..I blew up today.....John starts softball next week Tues and Thu.....yet closes on Wed and wants to work out M and F - WHAT ABOUT ME????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

he offered to pick up the girls t and t but hell, that doesn't help.
He was off today, do you know he picked up both girls and brought them to my office at 4 so he could be working out by 430. I am over it.

I'm sorry. I know what you are going through. I don't get anything done around the house and he doesn't help so I'm done caring. It's the only thing I can give up a little. I mean the kids have to do their homework and I have to have them in clean clothes.

I'm not sure who drank more my dear but we both had enough to send us over our points. It was your birthday.....so what if it takes me one extra week to get to my goal weight :goodvibes

morning all - today is a new day...I realized somewhere along the way I kind of lost myself and stopped caring about me, well that is going to change right now!

Here's to a great weekend - even though it is pouring today - and a Cardinal win on Sunday!

Great attitude. I need some of that.

Well I have just made 4 ADR's for our first week in May. With our breakfast with Ian and Sukie that makes 5. Also we have 1 reservation at Seasons 52 made(taking friend for a birthday meal) and will make another. Not going for anything too expensive this time as it is a long vacation and a lot of spends!!!:crazy2:

Will have to phone again next week to make some more for our second week. I love eating.:lmao: However, I don't enjoy phoning, even though it is free from here for DVC reservation and they book dining reservations.:cool1: I usually get someone I can't undrstand and who can't understand me!!! Lots of repeating and apologies.

What accent do they have? I can understand everything you type :rotfl:

There are so many accents out there. I'm forever not understanding what somebody says, especially over the phone.

I don't think any of our accents are hard to understand. I don't think yours or Marilyn's is either. Sometimes the words and phrases are different. Like someone from the south may say "As easy as sliding off a greasy log backward". For some reason they have to make everything a lot longer :lmao: But I still understand it.

I am leaving early today and hope to get to bed early tonight and try and get better!!

That's good V. Hope you have a good night's sleep.

It is worse understanding on the phone I think.

hI Marilyn

You up late tonight :rotfl2:

Oh I have very bad times at work last night .. I still upset....
