You probably have already tried this.....but have you practiced yoga? I understand the stretching is good for migraines.......it might not make sense,since migraines are caused by narrowing of the blood vessels in the head, but for some reason, I heard it works for many.
I had Yoga treatment for my migraines when I was in my twenties. I really worked for me. I did it with a medical treatment that lowered my blood pressure to 50/30 for 3 months...after that no more migraines.
