He said no holiday this year and I said that is right because of Baltic Cruise next year... He said okay that is fine...

Told him that we will be going to London for few days before the Cruise..

Well I think I figured out what to do about my dog. We had her Invisible Fence fixed today but I think she needs training. She is a very powerful and smart dog. We have tried to train her but my mom and I didn't spend enough time with her. So we have a Pet Safe Village http://petsafevillage.com/dog_training.htm and they will take your dog for 2 weeks and train them 6 days a week. The dog would stay there and be trained daily (and fed). They then teach the owners how to do it too. And there are follow-up visits for a year. It is very expensive but it would be nice to be able to control her and walk her and have her house trained. We are still thinking about it as it is very expensive but she would be so much more enjoyable. Oh it would also provide interaction with other dogs, we have another do but she hates all the other ones.

My mom's street is one of the only ones that hasn't had a break-in or seen coyotes. We know she wouldn't hurt the kids and watches them but she does seem scary when she barks so, I think the other neighbors would like her more if she were trained and knew we had control over her.

So I heard on the news that while the President and First Lady were out at the balls last night, the girls....Malia and Sasha....had movie night in the White House theatre and then had a scavenger hunt. At the end of the scavenger hunt was the Jonas Brothers. Only in the White House. Rank hath privledge. What a thrill for a ten and seven year old while spending their first night in the White House.....something they will always remember.

I do that every night, except I keep hoping for George Clooney..

I had a horrible dream last night....I dreamt that I bought a pack of cigarettes and went back to smoking again. I was in a panic when I woke up about it....until I realized that it was just a dream. When I'm awake....more and more I'm happy about not smoking everytime I hear John breathe. The fact that I can take a deep breath again and he cannot really locks it in for me. Then I go to sleep and have these disturbing dreams about it. What is my subconscious doing to me and how do I get it to stop?

If 1/2 of my dreams these past weeks were real... I'd be in real trouble...

Don't worry my dear... just know you can breath better and go with that.

All of you FaceBook folks: is it easy to put pictures on there? If so, I think I'll add all my cruise pics so my family can see, because my brother's wife just asked to add me as a friend. I sure was shocked, since I'm the black sheep of that side of the family.

Just go on your profile page 'photo' page. Click to add photos. It might try and get you to add Activex something for a quicker load if you don't already have it on your computer, but I just used the simple uploader which you see a link to.

Then you can browse and post direct from your computer. It is a little slow however, but much faster than photobucket.

Wow, this is sad. I got an e-mail from the girl who was let go from my work. She wrecked her mother's car 2 days ago and yesterday her husband set their kitchen on fire (by accident), so the Red Cross is putting them up in a hotel for 2 days. That woman is a walking disaster!

Champagne and diamonds are my favorite things too. How did you know? Since I already have all the diamonds that I can wear, I'll go for some bubbly.

When I'm stressed I have the same recurring theme in my dream. It's about the house, and some really big expensive disaster or problem. Sometimes it isn't even the house we live, but is the house we live in.

I though Michelle Obama looked great (Sukie was just kidding).

I agree that she needed more practice and rehearsal in moving in a dress with a train. Not the easiest thing if you're used to shorter skirts and dresses. (And don't me how I know).

Deb - I just think it's all the stress that's manifesting itself. What you need is comfort and probably in the past, smoking was a form of comfort.

I suggest champagne instead, or have John buy you some diamonds.

Diamonds are good for reducing stress.

The train on Michelle Obama's gown was too wimpy. It was too short.

Had it been longer, she could have picked up and held the gown/train out when she walked or backed up.

As it was, it was more like a hem that had come loose in the back and something to trip over.

And before any of the guys on this thread start ragging me ... just try it and see how tough you are. If you want to see if you're man enough spend a night in heels, and see how you feel by the end of the night.

Just remember:

Ginger Rogers did everything that Fred Astair did, but backwards and in heels.

I received my card today!!!! What a wonderful surprise!!!! It is a lovely reminder of our cruise together. I can hardly wait to share it with friends and family. How thoughtful I've been reading everyone's response to the arrival of their card and feeling bad that I hadn't joined in on the card sending , I didn't get one card out to anyone at all this year. I got home from shopping a few minutes ago, and there it was! A card from Cheri! You made my day!

Hopefully Ken has booked the extra night in the hotel so we will be arriving in Anaheim around 6pm Sun, Mar 15th and leaving Anaheim on Sun, Mar 22 . I am so looking forward to the trip. We haven't told the kids yet. Not sure how/when we'll do that. So some kind of a dismeet on Mar 21
