She's a trainer on a weight loss show called the Biggest Loser. She pushes people hard to get the hardest workout imaginable.

And I don't like her much right now.

Thanks Ken.....I've been doing just that! I did 5 1/2 hrs yesterday and I'm working on 6 today. The swelling is going down more and the leaking is less too.....it's a slow road, but it's working and I'm getting there. Thanks for all your encouragement.

What do you mean the second week is so inexpensive? Are you gettimg a discount for the second week because you are going on the first week?


We cancelled our March 28 Eastern because the March 7 Western was a real deal.....I really wanted to go on the Eastern, but I guess it will still be there some other time.......

Before I answered this I went back and checked the prices. I was wrong. I don't know what I was thinking. The Western, 2nd week, is actually $100 more than the Eastern. Duh!

Mike got his grades from his exams he took in December. He got a 3.4, 3.6 and 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. We are so proud of him!

WOW....he's doing so well. Tell him that we're proud of him too.

OH MY GOSH, I think I'm gonna die. I just did my first Jillian Michaels workout. It's called the 30-day shred and she says if you do it every day, you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days. There are 3 levels, and I couldn't even do the beginner level. I did as much as I could and it was brutal! I'm going to try my hardest to do it every day. I'll see how well it works!

Congratulations Holly....good job. You can do it. Just build up a little more each day.

I would say it isn't actually inexpensive, just a fair bit cheaper than the previous week's Tortola cruise. It looks like the Westerns are cheaper in general for some reason.

Ya know, that's what I remember too but then I looked it up and it was different. I think they changed the pricing.



It was the best experience ever. Sorry I won't get to meet you in the Baltic cruise now.

Did you cancel the Baltic Marilyn? Are you doing a different cruise instead?

Well, we were discussing that time this September when you ALREADY have plans (with US!). However, there will be some opportunities for 2010.

Jackie / Holly - were you happy to see Jin again? I'm really looking forward to seeing the confrontatin between Sun and Ben next week.

I KNEW he wasn't dead! Looking forward to next week...I wonder how Ben will 'prove' to her that Jin is alive. You know, I think I've been assuming that Ben hasn't been to the island in the three years...but I don't know why I thought that. There could be LOTS of stuff that has gone on there in that time. I sure hope they haven't been 'time jumping' for three solid years!

Well, my boss took us to lunch today, so I've been sitting here at work catching up on the DIS and eating the lunch I brought as my dinner. It's after seven now and I should be heading for the hills.......

We are booked on the Transatlantic WB, so I am browsing options for that at the moment. We won't be able to book until November time so we will have to be pretty sure we want to do that cruise by then.

So now you'll be cruising with Jackie. Is anyone else on that cruise???
