Holly...

Also check in to mail away pharmacies... they are often cheaper... that's the way I get my meds...
Well, actually, I discovered forms on Pfizer's website to apply for free meds. I filled them out, faxed them to the Dr., the Dr. filled out his part and the nurse told me they mailed the forms today with my prescription. If Pfizer approves me, they'll send my prescription to the Dr. office for me to pick up. The nurse told me it usually takes 4-6 weeks to process this, so they're going to call me whenever they get more samples in to hold me over until then. They gave me the only 2 they had when I was there Tuesday. :thumbsup2

On my way to drop Tyler back off at the school, we played one of the wonderful FE gift CDs from the cruise. I love seeing Tyler's smile whenever he hears the ship horn. Today when I played that, he asked if we can get our car horn to sound like that! I told him it's possible and told him about Angie & Dennis having that for their motorhome. He thought that was great and told me they should paint the outside of the motorhome to look like the ship! ;)

Glad I caught Monica's comment, because I missed Sukie's the first time thru :scared1: That really means he gets no say :lmao:

truthfully, I'm the mouthpeace...kelly is the brains behind the opperation ya know ;) and I sense there will be a coming together to make sure all is good with you before it's sprung on you (right kel?)

All I've got to say is.... ;) or was that... maybe... :upsidedow ... I'll have to get back to you on that one...

Tonight's tale is a tale of pasta ...

Sukie and I went grocery shopping. We went to our local supermarket rather than the one up in Evanston (not that any of you have the vaguest idea where Evanston is).

We were in the natural foods section and Sukie decided he wanted to try a brand of pasta called "Amish Naturals."

I said, wait a minute ... since when do the Amish make pasta?

Sukie read the box, I nearly fell over at the phrase "...the sort of pasta you would expect to find in an Amish kitchen."

I said, "I wouldn't expect to find Italian pasta in an Amish kitchen."

Sukie was adamant that he wanted the "Amish Naturals" pasta. I gave in, but then suggested we go see if they had any Amish light bulbs.

We finally got the Wii fit today. It will have to wait until I get back from Cabos to come out of the box!

You'd better not even think about that Wii while you're on vacation! Enjoy your beautiful stay in paradise! :goodvibes

Thanks Holly.

My time with the kiddos went well--all were in good moods so time was positive.

Funeral was tough. Her kids are 5 and 8. She found the breast cancer when the baby was tiny, so that means she was fighting for 5 years.

When the pain was bad she would try to rest and listen to her i-pod. She asked her husband to put it in her hands for the funeral. As her sister said, she liked to jolt people into laughter when they least expected it. Looks like she did it again.

So sad that cancer takes moms away from young kids. I hope all goes as well as it can for them.

I think I can see myself up on the deck... at least I can... can anyone else see themselves back on that ship????? :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

I see myself in my stateroom unpacking, with a watch that STOPPED at 4:50PM, therefore MISSING SAIL AWAY!!!!! I wonder if DCL would let me get on the ship for the eastbound so I could experience that.....I'd get off at Cabo....... :confused3

With all the recent conversations about family, I thought some of you may appreciate this saying that was sent to me.

Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.

Love it but can we tweak it to say another country or at least state! :lmao:

Mine are... and it's a wonderful thing

Give Cork our best when you next 'speak'. I think I saw Barbara (Michelle's mom) too!

.

Oh... now I have to go look again...

You know..it's funny that cute fuzzy haired woman turns up in some of the strangest places... ;)
