WBC - Which View?

I'm looking for a room which has firework views and easy accessibility for traveling with an infant in a carriage and 2 other toddlers. I don't want to be too high up in a tower but I'd like to be able to see the fireworks from our balcony.

Is it possible to have the above and not have a parking lot view?

Anyone have suggestions?

My understanding is they are no longer taking requests, unless you are a Platinum member.

I have a friend who is down there right now and she said her only request was a lake view, but she did not get it. She did not like her first room and went back over to request another. They did give her another room, but it was still a parking lot view. She's on the first floor of building 5, facing the parking lot.

I agree with previous poster. The person we have rented from makes a lake view request. We call and reconfirm prior to going. For the past three trips, we have been given a parking lot, bus stop and garage roof view. We always nicely ask if we can wait for a different unit and are told no. Personally, I would not make any requests and hope for the best. The last trip was overlooking the parking lot and garage roof.
