Is it me or did WDW turn up the volume over the last few years. My sister has always had issues with sound. Since we discovered basic earplugs, she has had the whole world open to her. On previous visits she would pop her plugs in and away we would go. She could many rides and go to all the parks.
2 trips ago we tried stacking ear plugs and ear phones to block the sound in Magic Kingdom. This didnt even get close to protecting her from the noise from any shows, rides or parades. We spent over an hour looking for a quiet spot for her to sit and decompress from all the noise. We didnt find a single spot.
We left Magic Kingdom with her crying in pain then zoning for almost a day and a half. So no more MK for us. Then the same thing happened at Hollywood Studios this last trip.
Please Please Please Can anyone out there help with some suggestions. I really hate for her to miss out on WDW. We have always had fun going to the parks together.
