Wow ... wow ... and double wow. Hang in there, OP. My neighbor works for DCF here in Florida as an investigator, and she sees some really crazy stuff. HOWEVER, she will never threaten to remove a child unless she has the court order or whatever is needed in hand. Last year, she told me about one of her co-workers who threatened a family without a prayer of removing the kids, and the co-workers heaped more humiliation on that DCF worker than any lawyer could.

There will always be people who for whatever reason choose to believe crazy things and try to really get people in trouble. However, remember that God is bigger and more powerful than all of them and He ultimately has control, if we let Him. Keep the faith, OP!

FYI, about 8 years ago, 6 mos after winning "custody" of dh's 18 yo son in a nasty court battle, we had a sheriff's deputy drive up with a DPS worker. They had received a call from someone that said they had overheard our 14 yo ds say he sexually abused his little sister, our dd, then 7. They came to the home, did the interview. I was so upset and almost hysterical at the possibilities and even the questions they would have to ask my dd. The DPS verdict: "unfounded, no abuse." 5 years later, after dh's estranged son reunited with us and moved home at age 23, he called one afternoon to ask, "Did mom ever do anything to you after court?" I replied, "No, why?" He replied, "She said she had gotten Dad back." After I hung up the phone I realized his mom was the "anonymous" caller and had done this to "get back" at dh for taking her to court and winning. All this to say, God is on your side and false alligations will not stand.

What's important is getting this diagnosis, and we are all praying for you. You've got lots of disers supporting you, and we look forward to your good report.
